As a client of Peak Design, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. From the ease of navigating their website to the high quality of their products, they have exceeded my expectations at every turn.
Their selection of camera bags, straps, and accessories is extensive and caters to a wide range of needs and preferences. I particularly appreciate the innovative design and functionality of their products, such as the ability to quickly and easily adjust camera straps on the fly.

I just bought a camera bag from this company and man, let me tell you, their customer service is top-notch. So, when I got my order and found a problem with the product, I decided to hit up their customer service team. And you know what? They didn't even ask me any questions and just like that, they shipped me a new bag and even suggested I donate the messed-up one. In just 5 days, I had a brand spanking new bag in my hands. This was a way better experience than I've had with other companies. Seriously, this was hands down the best customer service I've ever had. Major props to the team for dealing with everything so quickly and efficiently. Thanks a ton!
Rugged phone case
I really love tech gadgets, so I was super stoked to buy a tough phone case from Peak Design for my shiny new iPhone 14 Pro. But, darn it, I had to switch gears and get an iPhone 14 Plus instead because the Pro wasn't available. So, my rugged case from Peak Design wouldn't fit anymore. But hey, the folks at Peak Design were amazing! They helped me out big time by setting up a return for the case. The person I talked to over email and chat was super knowledgeable and gave me all the info I needed to send it back without any stress. Even though my original plan got switched up, my time with Peak Design was awesome thanks to their top-notch customer service.
Tripod replacement part
I had a little problem with my tripod where a part broke, so I contacted their customer service to ask about getting a replacement. I was really surprised when they asked for my original order number and photos of the damage, and then sent me a whole new leg for the tripod for free. This was way more help than I expected and it really made me a loyal customer. They didn't just fix my problem quickly, but they also showed that they care about making sure their customers are happy. I'm so impressed with their amazing customer service and how they're willing to do whatever it takes to make sure customers are satisfied.
Carbon Fiber tripod
This carbon fiber tripod is seriously a game-changer for any photographer, I'm telling you. It's compact, lightweight, and super tough, so it's perfect for any outdoor adventure. And let me tell you, it's so easy to carry around because it's small and simple to handle. Not to mention, it can handle some pretty rough conditions. Plus, the vibration absorption is amazing, giving me super crisp photos every single time. I just wanted to share that I contacted Peak Design about getting a replacement part for something I bought 10 years ago. Tech Pouch, sternum strap, anchors
All in all, I had a good experience with the products from this company. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and the Tech Pouch, sternum strap, and anchors I got were top-notch quality. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and I had no problems registering my products. The only thing they could work on is speeding up the delivery times a bit. But even with that, I'd totally recommend this company because I had a really positive experience overall.

The customer service at this company is amazing. They were super nice and respectful when I had to use my warranty on my iPhone 12 Pro cover. I got it as part of a Kickstarter Campaign a couple years back, and I've been really happy with it ever since. It's easy to use, works great, and the company really cares about its customers.
