Concerns about shipping time
I recently bought something from Perfumes Club and I was a little unsure about how long it would take to get to me. The estimated shipping and arrival time when I ordered was a bit vague, which made me question if the company was reliable. But even though I had some trouble tracking my order at first, the customer service team was quick to help me out and give me a clear arrival date. Their communication really helped ease my worries and build my trust in Perfumes Club. From start to finish, they stayed consistent and reassuring, which I really appreciate as a customer. Overall, my experience with Perfumes Club has been great and I'm happy with the product I got.
Found a rare perfume
I found this perfume I've been searching high and low for, only to find out it was no longer available online. But guess what? I finally stumbled upon it at Perfumes Club! I was so excited to see that they had it in stock, at a great price, and in the quantity I was looking for. Without a second thought, I placed my order, even though I later realized it was an international site. Surprisingly, it turned out to be one of the smoothest online shopping experiences I've had in a while. Their website was easy to navigate, they had a wide variety of products, and their prices were competitive. I was seriously impressed!
Hair products ordered
I recently ordered some hair products that I couldn't find at the store close by, and you won't believe this - I snagged them for half off! It did take a bit longer than I thought for the order to show up, about 2 and a half weeks, but they did mention that when I was placing the order. Anyways, when the package finally got here, it was packaged nice and neat and everything was in great shape. I totally recommend ordering from this place and I'll definitely be placing another order soon!
International shipping experience
I just bought some stuff for shipping overseas and customs went ahead and ruined everything. But let me tell you, the customer service team was on it! I reached out and within hours they had already sorted everything out and refunded me for the destroyed items, no back and forth needed. Their quick and professional response really impressed me and now I'm a happy customer. I'll definitely be ordering from this company again, but next time I'll stick to shipping within the EU.
Lost order, double delivery
I recently bought something from Perfumes Club, but it never showed up. I got in touch with them, and they owned up to the mistake right away. They sent out a replacement order pretty quickly. Then, out of the blue, the original order also arrived not long after that. I got in touch with Perfumes Club again, and they told me to just keep both orders without charging me extra. I have to admit, I was pretty impressed with how well they handled things and their top-notch customer service.
Affordable and satisfying products
I've been using Perfumes Club for a while now and I've always been happy with what I get. The stuff is good quality and it doesn't cost as much as other stores. When I order something, it usually shows up in 2-3 weeks, which isn't bad with all the shipping delays. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews about this company, but I think it's more about how slow the mail is in some places, not so much about Perfumes Club.
