Perfumes Guru: Average Fragrances at a Premium Price
I have recently tried out Perfumes Guru, an online retailer of perfumes and fragrances. Overall, my experience with the company was decent.
The website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of perfumes available. I was able to find the specific fragrance I was looking for with no problem.
The ordering process was straightforward and my package arrived within a reasonable timeframe. However, the packaging was a bit underwhelming and the bottle of perfume was not securely packaged.
The fragrance itself was as expected, although I found that the longevity of the scent was not as long as I had hoped.
Customer service was responsive when I reached out with a question, but they were not particularly helpful in resolving my concerns.
In conclusion, while I had a decent experience with Perfumes Guru, there were a few areas for improvement. The website and ordering process were easy, but the packaging and customer service could be better. And also the longevity of the scent was not quite as I expected. Overall, I would still recommend giving them a try, but approach with a bit of caution.
