    My Experience with Persol

    I have been a client of Persol for quite some time now and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the quality of their products and the level of customer service they provide. I primarily shop with them online and the website is easy to navigate and the checkout process is seamless.

    The sunglasses they offer are top-of-the-line and the craftsmanship is outstanding. I have purchased several pairs over the years and they have all held up well, even with daily wear. The lenses are also high quality and provide great protection from the sun.

    In addition to the quality of the products, the customer service provided by Persol is exceptional. I have had to contact them a few times with questions and each time, the representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and resolved my issue quickly.

    Overall, I highly recommend Persol for anyone in the market for high-quality sunglasses. They offer a great selection of products and the customer service is top-notch.

    Three frames

    I ordered three frames from this online shop the other day. It was a bit tricky trying to figure out the website at first, but I eventually got it and placed my order. Sadly, when the frames arrived, none of them were the right fit for me. I had to send them back, but I was pleasantly surprised to get my refund in just three days. Even though I was bummed that the frames didn't work for me, I've got to give it to the company for their great service.

    Faulty sunglasses

    I bought these sunglasses that were so messed up, and when I tried to reach out to someone about it, they made me email them which is annoying because I can't get a quick response.     Disappointing return policy

    The website said I could return stuff within 40 days, but when I tried to start a return, the link didn't work. I also sent an email to the contact they gave, but that didn't go through either. It was a letdown and I regret giving them my trust. I won't be shopping here again.

    I recently bought some customized glasses, and I gotta say, the whole thing was a huge letdown. I waited forever just to hear about the details in an email I never even got. And when I called customer service for help, they were no help at all. I tried to get them to resend the email or just tell me what was in it, but they wouldn't budge. The way they treated me, a paying customer, was just unbelievable. You'd think a company that boasts about their top-notch products would have customer service to match, but they totally missed the mark.

    Low-quality sunglasses

    I bought some sunglasses from this store, but they only lasted like two months before the hinges got all loose. Now they won't stay right on my face. Plus, the nose part is too wide so they keep sliding down. Super annoying, especially because I've had cheaper sunglasses that lasted way longer. Trying to get help from customer service was a bust, they didn't want to own up to the problem. I wouldn't suggest shopping here again, just not worth it.

    I bought a pair of sunglasses from this company recently and I've gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how things turned out. At first, the sunglasses looked awesome and I couldn't wait to rock them. But they didn't really last long and I started noticing some durability problems. I tried to take advantage of the warranty, but man, it was such a hassle. The customer service folks seemed like they couldn't care less and weren't very helpful. It was obvious that the company cares more about selling stuff than actually helping out their customers after the sale.

    I recently bought a few different styles of sunglasses from this company, hoping to find the perfect pair for me. Unfortunately, after waiting almost six weeks, my order was confirmed lost. When I asked for a refund, they changed their minds and sent me a replacement pair instead. The quality of the sunglasses was not great, and the customer service was pretty bad too. They wouldn't give me my money back even though I had email proof of the refund process. I had to call and email multiple times, but I kept getting different answers and the issue didn't get resolved. I had to end up escalating it to get some professional help. Overall, it was a really lousy experience.

    Prescription glasses purchase

    I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company. I ordered my prescription glasses almost a week ago and followed all their instructions by uploading my prescription. But then they asked for it again! I uploaded it for the second time, and even after two days, it still wasn't showing up on my account. It feels like a total scam! Their prices are outrageous, and they can't even get your order right. This company is a disgrace and shouldn't be in business.

    714 Steve McQueen sunglasses

    Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience with my second pair of 714 Steve McQueen sunglasses. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed about the quality this time around. The first pair I got was awesome, but this new one I picked up back in June was a real letdown. The lenses were all smudged up, the color didn't match my old pair, and the arms just kept getting looser and looser. Turned out there was a problem with the hinge – it was way too bulky, which made the arm not close properly. Over time, the shades started opening wider and wider, and the arms were spreading out too. I tried reaching out to Klarna to let them know, but no luck getting a response. Just wanted to give you a heads up that the quality of your products, especially this model that I've always loved, seems to be going downhill. I'm totally not happy about this whole situation and I regret spending my money on these. If you'd like to chat about it or meet up to figure out a solution, I'm totally down – we could exchange some pics or even meet in person at one of your stores.
