Reliable Hub for pets
Very useful for pet owners I am also a owner of lovely dogs.Unlike family members I also need to manage their daily foods , supplements and health caring products.
Pet care Rx keep all such owners free from all tensions.Locally items for pets mostly seen on local shops racks but not easy to trust really.As they are not experts ,they are just sellers unlike other products.
Whole family is so crazy ,they can avoid me for some times but not pets.So this is a good idea to keep one such store in our laptop or mobile for easily access and get essential items within no time.Also get free suggestions which will be best for your pets,this is an additional benefits.Pet medication and supplies
The customer service rep Peggy was super helpful and really knew her stuff when I called in to ask about pet medication and supplies for my four dogs. She took the time to listen to what I needed and told me all about the perks of becoming a member, like discounts on meds and other stuff my pets need. I was really impressed by how much she knew and how she went above and beyond to help me find the right solutions for my furry friends. Peggy was so friendly and understanding, she made my whole experience with PetCareRx really great, and I'm so thankful for her help.
Prescription and non-prescription items
Annette Crespo at PetCareRx was amazing. She not only helped me with updating a prescription but also found a non-prescription item I needed for my pets. Her friendly attitude and patience were outstanding. In a world where customer service can be lacking because of technology, Annette really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Flea and tick medication
I just bought some flea and tick meds for my pets on this site. Ordering was a breeze and I had no trouble finding what I needed on the website. The customer service was top-notch. Natalia, the rep I talked to, was super nice, quick, and really helpful. She made sure I understood everything and felt good about my order. Natalia went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I really liked the personal touch she added. All in all, I was really impressed with the service I got.

I just bought some flea and tick prevention stuff for my furry buddy from this online pet store. The customer service I got from Natalia was top-notch. Account update
I went ahead and updated my account, and then I reached out to a rep in customer service. Let me tell ya, they were top-notch - super professional, nice, and got things done quick. You don't see that kind of service much these days, so I was really impressed. They definitely deserve some recognition for going above and beyond!
Online vet service help
I was trying to figure out how to use this online vet service thing 'cause my dog was acting weird, but I couldn't get it to work. I called and this really nice lady named Peggy answered and helped me out so much! She told me step by step how to use it and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing. Peggy stayed on the phone with me until I got everything set up and even helped me connect with the vet online. Peggy, if you're reading this, you're awesome!
Prescription for my dog
The customer service at this place is outstanding. I had a problem with my vet's office, and the PetCareRx team really stepped up to help me out. We went back and forth with emails, and they were always quick and efficient in their responses. I was really impressed with how dedicated and helpful they were. A special thanks to Miles Mitchell, who really went above and beyond to make sure my dog got her prescription. I'll definitely be a lifelong customer.

As a customer at PetCareRx, let me just say, I'm really impressed with how much the team knows and how helpful they are. Cat food purchase
I am so impressed with the service from this company. I ordered some cat food and they processed and shipped it super fast. I got my order really quickly. It's nice to see a company that really cares about their customers and gives such great service. I'll definitely be buying from them again!
Membership purchase
Peggy was amazing! She totally talked me into getting a membership product that I hadn't even considered before. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like I was chatting with a friend, she made the whole thing fun. Every business needs a 'Peggy' answering their phones. Thanks so much, Peggy! You're the best!
Pet medications
The customer service rep Peggie Barron-Pauldo was amazing - super helpful, nice, and quick. She knew all the answers to my questions before I even asked them, it was like she could read my mind! She really made my experience with PetCareRx so great.
Denamarin tablets
I had been buying items for my pets from PetCareRx for several months, using PayPal to pay, with no issues. I placed this last order in the amount of $55.64 on Jan 30,2021. On Feb 1,2021, I received an email from them stating that the order had shipped. Then, on Feb 2,2021, I received an email stating that while trying to process the order for shipping, the method of payment on file has declined. I checked my PayPal account, and the payment shows as being completed on Feb 1,2021. I also checked my bank account, and the money has been removed from my account by PayPal, before they sent it to PetCareRx. I called PetCareRx, as instructed in the email, and spoke with a rep (I will be polite & not mention the name here). She claimed that the PayPal payment was declined and that they do not have payment. Even though I explained to her that it shows on my PayPal account as paid, she says that they cannot ship it without payment. I then cancelled the order, since they were not going to send it anyway, which she agreed to. I asked for a cancellation confirmation number, but she said it was not ready yet, it would be emailed. I never got that email & ended up having to look my order up on the website to see that it had really been cancelled. I also insisted that my money be refunded, but she said I'd have to check into that myself with PayPal.
Looks like I will end up having to file a dispute against PetCareRx with PayPal, and of course that takes time on their part.
I sent PetCareRx an email on Feb 7,2021, inquiring about my refund. I finally received a response 2 days later. This time the rep did confess that on Feb 2nd, my cancellation was approved by a supervisor & the refund was approved by accounting. This rep said I'd have to get my refund from PayPal myself. Why should I have to do that when PayPal does not have my money, because PetCareRx has it? Even PayPal says PetCareRx has my money!
A customer should NEVER have to do this much follow up to get a refund for items that PetCareRx refused to ship even though it WAS PAID IN FULL when placing the order! This whole situation is shameful & PetCareRx has lost this customer. I want my stolen money back in my account NOW. It is starting to look as if PetCareRx is using various tactics to hang onto money that belongs to someone else. If this goes on a little longer, next step is a claim with the Better Business Bureau.
After this happened, I have ordered the items for my pets from other companies, also using PayPal, with no problems at all.
PetCareRx is NOT to be trusted when things go wrong!
