Fast Delivery, Unavailable Product
As a loyal customer of PetFlow, I've always been amazed at how quickly my orders arrive. It's so convenient to have all my pet supplies delivered straight to my door in no time. But, I was let down recently when I realized that the rawhide chew sticks my dog adores, proudly made in the USA, are no longer up on the website. My furry buddy has loved these chew sticks for ages, so it's really disappointing to see them missing.
Wet dog food cases
I bought some wet dog food cases from this place and only got two out of three. Bummer, right? Called them, they fixed it though. So it's all good now, I guess. But seriously, why was it missing in the first place? Oh, and most of the cans were dented when they got here. Not cool at all. They better fix that if they want me to keep shopping here.

PetFlow is where I always go for all the stuff my pets need. I've been shopping there for years because they have awesome deals on high-quality foods, toys, and beds. Their customer service is amazing - super friendly, quick to respond, and always willing to help out. I really think you should check out PetFlow for anything your pets need.
Dental chew replacement
I reached out to your customer service because I was having trouble ordering from your website. I was bummed to find out that the dental chews I always buy are no longer available. The rep tried to help by suggesting a different option, but it's just not the same. I guess I'll have to go back to my old store for my usual dental chews.
Discount assistance
Gabby totally saved the day by fixing my discount code issue super fast. She was so helpful and got everything sorted out in no time. Seriously, I've never had customer service that good before.
Awesome dog food
This place is amazing! The people who work here are super friendly and really knowledgeable. They speak English really well, so it's easy to understand them. And they have the best dog food that I can't find anywhere else. I absolutely love this company!
NutriSource dog food
NutriSource dog food is usually my go-to for my picky eater pup, but this time the expiration date caught me off guard. It's not a huge deal, but it's definitely not something you want to see. Even with this little hiccup, my dog still chose NutriSource over her usual Wellness food.

I always order pet stuff from petflow for the reason I trust that they will always send good quality products whether it is pet food, toys, or other pet stuff. I have a dog, named Mario.

I placed an order which was received by PetFlow with a ship date of Dec 19th. Dec 28th still had not heard a word. Called customer service who told me PetFlow had canceled the order because it was flagged as fraudulent by “them” ! Not my bank ! I will “never” use this company again and highly suggest you think twice and read the other reviews before ordering.
