    Due to money matters couldn't picked pillows last time bit shopped wonderful.floral pillows both in poly and cotton Quality wise both are good and soft as expected Small.differemce in prices die to materials and fillers else worth buying products

    Outdoor furniture purchase

    I just bought some outdoor furniture from this store, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The materials they used are super durable, so I know my furniture will last a long time, even through the crazy weather. Putting it all together was a bit tricky, but the final product was totally worth the effort. Plus, they have a bunch of cool indoor and outdoor kitchen stuff and décor that's not only stylish, but also really practical.

    Small votive candles with shortened wicks

    I bought these little votive candles in a 4-pack with a watermelon zing scent. I was kind of bummed out because the wicks were too short. They kept burning for about an hour, then would put themselves out in the melted wax. Super annoying! The watermelon zing smell was nice, but these candles just weren't cutting it in terms of actually working.

    I recently bought a bunch of home décor stuff from the store and man, I gotta say, it was not a great experience. First off, they didn't really explain the return policy to me when I was making my purchase, so I was pretty bummed out to find out that I could only get store credit, not my money back. I was hoping for more flexibility, especially since I dropped some serious cash on those items. And don't even get me started on the customer service – it was seriously lacking. It was a pain trying to get a hold of someone, and when I finally did, they weren't very helpful with my concerns. On top of that, they said my order would arrive in 3-5 business days, but it took way longer which just added to my disappointment. Hopefully, the store can fix these issues for other customers in the future.

    Jumbled mess of a website

    I'm really let down by this store's website. It's all over the place, with products that don't meet my standards at all. The website layout is a mess and hard to navigate. The products are just plain boring. If I had seen this from the start, I would've never bought anything. And after hearing about their terrible delivery and customer service, I'm not shocked they're having problems. Dealing with this online store has been a total nightmare, and I wish I never even bothered.

    My experience with the customer service at this store was really disappointing. Since they moved online, their service quality has gone way down. I tried to talk to a supervisor about an issue, but the response I got wasn't very helpful. It seems like the staff just doesn't have the right know-how or drive to help customers properly. I'm not very confident in their ability to succeed as an online-only business.

    Two pillow purchase

    I just bought two pillows online, but man, it was a mess! First off, I didn't even get a confirmation email or order number, so I had no idea where my stuff was. Then, when the pillows finally showed up, they were totally not what I ordered. I tried reaching out to customer service through email multiple times to let them know about the mix-up, but all I got back was some robot message saying they were slammed and would get back to me later. The lack of communication and bad customer service has really bummed me out about the whole purchase.

    Christmas ornaments purchase

    I just bought some Christmas ornaments from this store, but I was really disappointed by the quality. The ornaments were packed so badly that the paint was chipped on some of them, and one was even broken when I got it. I tried contacting customer support two times, but I never heard back. It's so frustrating to see such poor customer service from a well-known store. I would suggest being careful if you're thinking about buying from them.

    Outdoor club chairs in weatherproof wicker material

    I bought six outdoor club chairs that were supposedly made of a weatherproof wicker-like material from the store a while back. Unfortunately, one of the chairs started falling apart in less than two years. When I reached out to customer service for help, they weren't very helpful at all. They refused to do anything about it, saying that their new management policy doesn't cover defective products sold before they took over. On top of that, they decided to cancel all credit card rewards for current customers and gift cards for loyal patrons. These changes have left me really disappointed and not happy with how things are going.

    Fall wreath purchase

    I just bought a fall wreath from this store and man, was I let down! The quality was just not up to par for the price I shelled out. It looked super cheap and flimsy, definitely not worth the over $80 I paid. As soon as I opened the package, I could tell it wasn't gonna work for me. I knew right then and there that I wanted to return it.

    Purchased a set of outdoor furniture

    I recently bought some outdoor furniture from this store, and let me tell you, it was a total letdown. The quality of the furniture was pretty awful, and don't even get me started on the customer service. When I tried to send the stuff back, they only offered me a gift card instead of giving me my money back, which wasn't what I wanted at all. And don't even get me started on their credit card shadiness - if you cancel your card with them, they'll just send you another one out of the blue. That can seriously mess up your credit score! Overall, I wouldn't recommend dealing with them - their products and services just don't cut it.

    Product order with no shipping confirmation

    I'm super frustrated with the company for not getting back to me about my order. I shelled out a bunch of money back in March and haven't heard anything since. It's just not cool to leave me hanging like this. If they don't sort this out soon, I might have to think about taking legal action.

    I ordered some stuff back in January, but haven't gotten it yet. I've been trying to contact customer support through email, but it's like talking to a brick wall. The lack of communication and resolution is extremely annoying. On top of that, every time I try to call, I just get a busy signal. Their customer service is awful and I'm really let down.

    Christmas ornaments purchase

    I ordered 20 Christmas ornaments for our tradition of giving them to relatives from my son. But guess what? I didn't get all of them. And on top of that, the customer service is terrible. It's been over 6 months and I still haven't heard anything about my order. I wouldn't suggest buying anything online from this brand. Total waste of time and money.
