Shirt and bustier top
Oh my god, you guys! I just got my shirt and bustier top today, and they are seriously the cutest things ever! I'm totally obsessed with them, I can't even handle it. The shirt fits like a glove and the bustier top is super trendy. I feel like a fashion queen whenever I wear it. And can we talk about how fast the delivery was?! I ordered them and boom, they were at my door. I highly recommend it, 10/10 for sure!
Bomber jacket with cute patches
The bomber jacket with the cute patches looked so cool and edgy on the website, just like in the pictures. But when I received it, the fabric was, like, terrible! It sheds so much that I can't even wear it without getting covered in fuzz. I've tried everything to fix it, but nothing works. It looks like I've had it for years and now it's so shabby. I'm super bummed out!

I just bought some stuff from this company and I gotta say, my experience was amazing. Returning something that didn't fit was easy and stress-free. The quality of the products, especially the eco-friendly dress I got, was even better than I expected. I got tons of compliments when I wore it. I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Cute clothes but cheap
I bought some cute clothes, but they were like total garbage, made with cheap material that felt like scratchy paper! And the customer service was terrible - so rude! And let me tell you, the prices were outrageous for what you actually get.
Skirt purchase
I decided to take a chance and ordered a skirt from this company that I've never heard of before. And guess what? The skirt showed up in Ireland just a few days later! I was so thrilled with how great the quality was; it totally exceeded what I was expecting. The fit was just right, and I couldn't be happier with what I got. I'll definitely be shopping from them again.
Wool sweater set purchase
The wool sweater set I ordered showed up a bit late, but let me tell you, it was totally worth the wait. It fits me like a glove and the quality of the wool is top-notch. You can just tell that it was made with love and care. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase.
So cute clothes
I just got these really awesome clothes and they are so cute! Had a little issue with the delivery, but the folks in customer service were super helpful and fixed it in no time. Got the clothes yesterday and they fit perfectly, plus they're really well-made.
White satin skirt
I recently bought a white satin skirt from this online store and man, was I let down! The skirt was supposed to be white, but when it showed up it was actually a champagne color. On top of that, there were visible seams in the front that weren't in the pictures online. The item was just not as described and didn't meet my expectations from the images on the website. To make things worse, when I asked about sending it back for a refund or exchange, they told me I had to pay to ship it back from Europe to the US. Talk about frustrating! And to top it off, even though the delivery was quick, the product was not what I wanted at all. In the end, I can't say I recommend buying from this store after my experience.
Zip-up hoodie, Black
Dealing with this company has been a total nightmare! I ordered a black zip-up hoodie, but they sent me a grey one by mistake. I emailed their customer service to fix the issue, but I haven't heard anything back. I've followed up several times and even tried reaching out on Instagram, but still no luck. I paid a lot of money for this item and the lack of response is just unacceptable. I'm beyond disappointed, this is just not okay.
Sale item
I was so let down by my experience at this store. I thought I was getting a good deal on a sale item, but then they pulled a fast one on me and said it was final sale after I already bought it. I was stuck with no way to exchange or return it, which stinks. When I tried to get some help from customer service, they were no help at all and didn't fix anything. And to top it off, I never even got the item I ordered. Consider yourself warned, folks - keep an eye on this store's rules and watch out for lousy customer service.
$100 vest
I bought this $100 vest and man, it was terrible. No free shipping, it took forever to arrive, and I had to keep bothering them about refunding me. Plus, the vest didn't even have any tags - ew. It looked like something you'd find at a sketchy thrift store. I definitely won't be shopping there again.
Bad Dress Purchase
Man, I'm kicking myself for dropping 15 to 20 bucks to ship that stupid dress back to Miami via FedEx. No tags on it, so I had no clue about the size or what it was made of. Turns out, it was ugly, cheap fabric and poorly put together. Didn't even fit me right! Such a drag. Shipped it back as soon as I could, fingers crossed for a refund soon. Lesson learned - never shopping from them again. Ugh!
Grey pants purchase
I got these gray pants from the store not too long ago and man, I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. It looks like they're doing drop shipping 'cause what I got was definitely not what I thought I was getting. The pants were all weirdly cut and had a cheap tag that reminded me of those ones you see on Ali Express items. Save yourself some cash and skip this store - just go straight to Ali Express for similar stuff at a way better price.
Oversized international order
The sizing was way off, and I ended up dishing out a ton for international shipping, just to get my items and realize they were way too tiny. The customer service was a joke - they straight up ignored my emails, so I had to keep harassing them for a refund. It's disappointing that they don't give a darn about making customers happy.
Pants
I just bought a pair of pants from this store, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The pants were badly made, and my whole experience with Pixie Market was a nightmare. I had to return the pants right away because they didn't fit, only to have the company accuse me of damaging them. How ridiculous is that? I've been shopping online for a long time, so I know not to mess up something I'm returning. But Pixie Market didn't want to hear my side of the story and wouldn't show any evidence of the supposed damage. The fact that they wouldn't communicate or take any responsibility is just terrible. It's obvious that this store cares more about making money than taking care of their customers. I won't ever shop with them again.
