    A trusted Name

    Idea is great but not new.I have seen it before at many places ,mostly by sports materials ,Chanel's Films ,Healthcare and more companies who used these promotion ideas but today when digital world is on its high stage ,millions of companies following these ideas.
    I promoted my brands in early 90s and some more years thru sports caps ,t shirts and some traditional ways.So instead spending money on preparing products and select promotional ways,much better idea to switch already available products ,just name ,brands,mission slogan on it and promote.
    Positive Promotion did wonderful job for us since last two years ,as these products either scarf, Beanies ,T shirts anything ,depends on time and products or services promotions.

    Order Troubles

    It really sucks when a company you've been loyal to starts slipping. I've been shopping with them for a long time, but lately, it's been a real pain just to make a purchase. This last time, it took forever to get a proof, dealt with a bunch of extra problems, and to top it off, my credit card got hacked right after I paid by phone. Something fishy is definitely going on.

    Nurses Week items

    Oh my gosh, I ordered a bunch of stuff for Nurses Week at the hospital for our hardworking nurses. I got them some cool goodies like shirts, scissors, and water bottles. Spent a lot of money on it, but then when I went to check on the order, it was canceled! Didn't even give me a heads up or anything. So rude, I won't be shopping here again. Found a better place that actually communicates with me.

    Unresponsive Sales Team

    I had a pretty bad experience with the sales team at this company. I tried to get in touch with my usual sales guy, but turns out he doesn't cover our area anymore. They sent me to another rep, but I tried reaching out multiple times for a quote and got no response. When I went back to the first guy, he basically blew me off and told me to keep trying the other person. It was obvious that my business wasn't important to them.

    Employee Christmas gifts - jackets

    Recently, our company bought jackets as Christmas presents for our employees. We were told the jackets would arrive two weeks before Christmas so we could hand them out in time. But a week before they were supposed to get here, we found out we had to pay an extra $200 for overnight shipping because the jackets weren't ready yet. We talked to about seven customer service people during this whole ordeal, and none of them could give us the same information. They also didn't keep their promises and some didn't even call us back, even when we left messages on their phone extensions. Even though the jackets turned out to be really nice, the terrible customer service left a bad taste in our mouths.

    I had a really bad time buying this item from that company. The customer service was just terrible - they went ahead and sent me the wrong product without even asking me. They said they'd send me a return label but never did. And then out of nowhere, they decided I had to pay for return shipping. It was all around frustrating and way disappointing.

    Nurse's week order

    I just bought something for Nurse's Week and man, it was a disaster dealing with this company. Their customer service sucked big time. I placed my order back in May and didn't get it until like mid-July. I tried hitting them up through email and calls a bunch of times, but it was like pulling teeth to get someone to actually send out my order. And when it finally arrived, some of the bags were already falling apart. Such a letdown, especially since Nurse's Week is a big deal and the stuff I got was important.

    Corporate holiday gifts

    As a business owner, I recently ordered some corporate holiday gifts for my employees. I was excited for them to arrive, but things quickly went downhill. Two weeks after placing my order, I got an email saying the items were out of stock. Annoyed, I called customer service to see if I could switch to similar products by paying more. To my surprise, right after I gave my business debit card details over the phone, I found out that my card number had been stolen. I almost never use that card online for this exact reason, so it seemed fishy. Keeping sensitive information safe is crucial as a business owner, and this whole ordeal made me feel uneasy and let down. I've done business with bigger companies before and never had problems like this. Just be careful if you decide to buy from this company.

    Failed promises

    This company is a total disaster! I ordered something weeks ago and haven't heard a peep about it since. I've sent a bunch of emails asking what's going on, but nobody's bothered to get back to me. And don't even get me started on trying to call their customer service - I was on hold forever and no one even answered! It's so annoying to be kept in the dark after coughing up my cash for their stuff.

    Customized product order

    Man, what a nightmare! I ordered something nearly a month ago and have been trying to reach customer service with no success. I even sent them several emails and heard nothing back. Finally, when I did get a hold of them, they said my item won't be ready until July. The complete lack of communication is so disappointing. I had to end up canceling my order and now I have to keep an eye on my account to make sure I get my money back.

    Event promo items

    My experience ordering promo items for my event was honestly pretty frustrating. There was a lack of communication because I sent in my art two different ways, online and via email, but I didn't get a confirmation right away. To make matters worse, I found out just four days before my event that the promo items were out of stock. This left me scrambling to find another supplier last minute. The whole situation really messed up my event planning and I wasn't very happy about it.

    Mother's Day Pens purchase

    I bought some Mother's Day Pens for a preschool event with a tight deadline. Even though I stressed how important it was to get them on time, the company kept telling me the items were back-ordered. When I checked the delivery status, it said the pens wouldn't get here until two days after our event, which really threw me off and caused a lot of stress. Now I'm worried about my order for Father's Day Pens and if they'll come in on time. My experience with this company so far has been pretty disappointing and unreliable.
