Custom poster with printing error
I'm new to this poster place and I got a custom poster made, but when it arrived, there was a big printing mistake. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to putting it up in my room. But then I spoke with this guy named Miguel from the store and he was amazing! He fixed everything quickly and sent me a new poster at no cost. The new one looks amazing and the quality is excellent! Thanks so much, Miguel, you're awesome! I'll definitely be returning to this place for more posters in the future.
Multiple poster purchase for a display
This was my second time ordering a bunch of posters for a display and I gotta say, the quality of the prints is awesome! The shipping was way quicker than I expected, which was a nice bonus. My display is looking super professional now, all thanks to these posters. Although, I wasn't really feeling the customization tool - it was kind of hard to use and could definitely be better. But, I managed to figure it out and I'm pretty happy with how my posters came out in the end.

I've been a customer for several years now and I've always been super impressed with the quality and service I get. The custom prints I've ordered always turn out amazing, and any problems I've had were fixed quickly and in a way that made me happy. The customer service team is always there and super helpful, which makes ordering a breeze. I really like how this company pays attention to all the little details and always puts the customer first.
Custom poster prints
The custom poster prints I ordered came in today and I gotta say, I'm seriously blown away by the quality. The pics I sent in turned into these amazing posters that were even better than I hoped. The colors are so bright and the details are on point. I'm so excited to give these to my sister for her birthday, I know she's gonna love them. Everything from ordering to getting them delivered was easy peasy. Thanks for doing such a great job!
Poster quality is excellent, shipping time and cost need improvement
I've been a customer of this company for a long time, and I've always been happy with the posters I order. The prints are consistently sharp and colorful, just like I wanted. But, I've noticed that their shipping times have gotten slower recently. It now takes almost a month to get my orders, which is really not okay in today's speedy world. And to make matters worse, the shipping costs seem to have gone up too. It's annoying to pay more for shipping when it's taking so long to get my stuff. I really hope they can fix this problem with their service soon.

I was really worried due to bad reviews, but my poster came in good condition and good quality. I have no complaints. The customer service team also was very responsive to my concerns or emails.

5 x 7 Bumper sticker
I placed my order before reading these reviews. I was therefore worried I would never receive my order. Happily I received it quickly and it was as good as I had hoped for. I would recommend them to anyone.

The product I received was not as advertised. The company's website showed me what the poster would look like when printed. When I received the poster, it had been printed in landscape format when it should have been printed in portrait format. The poster is useless. The photo's name and my signature were cropped off at the bottom because of the incorrect format. A company representative offered to send a corrected print if I would pay for shipping. Since I was promised by another company representative a refund of shipping charges on a previous order and not getting the refund, I've decided I've had enough. The company isn't trustworthy.

Have been trying for 15 minutes to find a way to contact this company and it seems to be an endless loop of go here but nothing works. Click here to opt out of emails but it does not work. Maybe they will read this and get the message. I can only hope their work is better than their communication.

I don't know why the top and bottom of the large decal was cut off. The decal was not the 36x36 agreed upon. This was a special order for one of my customers and needs to be remedied somehow. My e-mail requests are no longer being answered and I need to know why.

Cant say i will use again. Still waiting for my product. i have no idea if the quality is worth waiting for. I would like my poster delivered by Fed ex or UPS, as this if the forth USPS package lost since Christmas.

Posters came out terribly. Edges were cut and the picture was blurry. Spent alot of money on these posters and did not get what i expected. Never buying from them again.
I agree, that's why i did a test poster before buying quantity.
