Full linen set for queen bed
Beware! I ordered in early December 2020, I finally got my order late March, 2021!
And they got the order wrong! and said they can't send the right order until late April. The service team keeps lying about "restocking dates" and won't cancel my order. This has been the WORST online ordering experience I have ever had. Ever.
I can't stress enough to stay away from this company.

Linen Sheet Set - Queen Full
Ordered a complete linen sheet set (queen), which was supposed to come with duvet cover, fitted sheet and top sheet, and pillowcases.
Took over a month for items to arrive - and they sent used products that were not even what I ordered! Just sheets stuffed in a white bag (so disgusting!).
Duvet cover was missing and they sent a fitted sheet for a King, with a Queen top sheet. I reached out to support and they've been unresponsive. Also tried reaching out through Facebook and they told me to schedule a call so I did (they never called and then they blocked me so I couldn't contact them on Facebook again!).
Check out other complaints on BBB - seriously. Hot mess of a company. AVOID!
Linen Sheet Set
Has been over a month and I have still not received the second shipment of the linen set I purchased. Tried canceling within a week of placing the order since I did not receive any confirmation, but "Toni" said both shipments had been sent out and couldn't be canceled and that she would get back to me after finding the second tracking #.
I received a confirmation text & email one week AFTER this exchange for the second shipment. Has been two weeks and still no package. They also have stopped responding to all emails. Do a quick search online for this company and other customers' experiences with their service team and returns.
Buyer beware. Also - any company that ONLY has 5-star reviews of their products should not be trusted. It's akin to the bloated/fake reviews on Amazon.
Rosewood complete bedding set
Right out of the box they were softer than the west elm sheets I had been using the past 3 months. Rosewood is a great neutral color that matched perfectly with my heathered grey bed. I look forward to using these for a very long time and I plan on adding the duvet cover in the near future.
Linens totaling over $450
Negative experience. The ordering was fine and I recieved my product in a reasonable amount of time, HOWEVER, when I paid an additional $14 to return my items, Pimary Goods has recieved my package and now it is going on 2 months and still no refund of my money, it feels like I have been ripped off. When I contact them to inquire about my refund, they reply with the same vague email everytime "we are trying to locate your package in our warehouse, due to covid we are experiencing delays" this feels like a brush off to me considering the time that has passed since they recieved it. I would not buy from them if you have any possibility you may want to return your product because you cannot expect reimbursement.
I purchased their silver pillow. Based on their positive reviews, how could I go wrong? BUYER BEWARE. The reviews that they post on their website will be the best ones. I based my purchase on it since I could not sample the product prior to purchase. The pillow is a defective pillow which caused me severe neck pain. To return the product, they make you schedule an appointment to speak to a rep. If you miss the appointment, then you have to reschedule. It is a very convoluted return practice. The rep is there to try to convince you not to return the product or offer you a small discount off your next purchase. My issue is that I purchased something in good faith. Their product was defective, it was not as if I did not like the color. I should have received a full refund and not their standard practice since the pillow was promoted as the best. It comes across as swindle. If they had worked with me, then I would have seen it as acceptance of the error on their part. Why do I have to pay for their error?
Unfortunately my experience is the same as others. The duvet snaps fall off. Customer service however agreed to immediately send me a brand new duvet and it was sent rather quickly however after one wash and dry (per the instructions with wool balls) a few snaps were loose in the dryer. The actual material seem to be high-quality, they’re comfortable and look amazing but for the price it does not deliver on the main reason this purchase was made. The idea is awesome the execution need some work.
They have amazing customer service! They replaced my broken duvet cover. And they also said they fix their snap problem already.

Items arrived weeks apart and one was damaged
Returned both items 12/2019 using prepaid shipping label provided by PG - 4/2020 we are STILL fighting with them to get our money refunded - we provided proof of delivery and will now have to dispute with our credit card company
linen cal king full sheet and duvet set
I have had the worst experience. First, all the snaps fell off of the duvet. It took 8 months to get a replacement. The company said they were coming up with a new design and didn't want to send me another duvet that would lose its snaps. It was clearly a problem for a lot of people.
Once I had a full set, we realized that the top sheet rides up and your feet stick out from under it. It's not attached in the top or bottom, only on the sides and it does not stay in place. We began using binder clips along the bottom of the duvet to hold the sheet in place. Ugh.
Now, just 14 months after receiving my beautiful and very expensive sheet set, the bottom sheet is disintegrating. Yup. It's apparently worn out.
We love our sheets!
