New glasses
OMG, you won't even believe it but I had the worst luck with these glasses I got from Prive Revaux. They broke not once, but twice! Can you imagine? The frame split and the lens popped right out. I had to go through a whole ordeal just to get them fixed. And then, they broke AGAIN! So I reached out to Prive Revaux and guess what they said - "Sorry, not our problem, go talk to the store where you bought them." Ugh, talk about frustrating! But then I stumbled upon this gem called ZEELOOL and let me tell you, they are a game-changer! I scored two pairs of glasses for way less than what I paid for just one pair from the other place. Plus, they arrived super fast and the quality is top-notch. I am seriously so grateful I found them!

I just bought some polarized sunglasses from this company and everything went really well. The ordering process was easy, and I got a confirmation email right after I finished my purchase. They had great service too, answering all my questions about the product quickly. The price was a little higher than I hoped for, but the sunglasses are really good quality so it was worth it. I just bought a pair of sunglasses from that company, and I am really let down by the whole process. It's been a whole four weeks since I ordered, and I still haven't gotten them. The tracking number they gave me doesn't even work, and every time I email customer service, they just give me the run-around, saying they'll look into it. But I haven't heard anything back or gotten any updates on where my order is. I've tried calling, but it just goes to voicemail every time, and no one has called me back since I left a message weeks ago. This kind of service is not okay and makes me wonder if this company is even legit.
Top quality glasses
I've bought a bunch of glasses from this place and I'm really happy with them. The quality is awesome and the prices are fair. I haven't had any big problems with the glasses I've gotten, except for one pair that broke. I've even dozed off with them on a couple of times and they stayed in one piece. This is definitely my go-to spot for glasses now.

I got some really nice sunglasses, blue light glasses, and other stuff from this cool online shop. It took a little while to make its way to me here in Europe, but that's all good. The customer service folks were really fast to reply and super helpful. The items arrived in a secure package and everything seems to be pretty good quality so far.

I'm absolutely shocked at how awful my experience was with this company. I ordered some sunglasses that never showed up, and the tracking info has been MIA for 6 weeks. I asked for a replacement, but had no luck there either. Dealing with customer service was a complete nightmare - all I got was empty promises and they only wanted to refund me the shipping fee, not the whole amount. It all feels pretty shady and dishonest to me, so I really wouldn't recommend dealing with them.
Next day shipping
I was so pumped to order my trendy sunglasses with next day shipping, but man, it took way longer than I expected! I didn't get my package until Monday, even though I placed the order on Thursday! That's just not cool!

The glasses I got from this company are way better than those drugstore ones in terms of quality, but they're still reasonably priced. I've snagged four pairs from them and taken advantage of their buy-one-get-one sales a few times. But listen up, if you run into any problems with your order, be prepared for a headache dealing with their customer service. It took me like 14 emails going back and forth just to get them to swap out a pair they sent me in the wrong color. It's a bummer they don't have a phone line and their "live chat" just ends up in more emails - major letdown. It's pretty disappointing that a big name like Jamie Foxx would be in cahoots with a company that operates like this. Feels more like they're just pushing cheap glasses from China with a fancy label, instead of running a legit, customer-focused business.

I recently bought some sunglasses from this company as a Christmas present for my wife. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong pair. I realized my error about five weeks before Christmas so I could make sure they arrived on time. I contacted their customer service team just three days after the 30-day return period to see if I could swap them for the right pair. However, all I got were unhelpful and robotic responses. I tried emailing and chatting with them three times, but each time they just sent me the same canned response saying they couldn't help because it was past the return window. This lack of flexibility and common sense from their customer service team really disappointed and frustrated me. I won't be buying from them again in the future.

I bought these really awesome glasses, but man, they just didn't look right on my face at all! So, I decided to try and return them, but get this - turns out one pair was non-refundable! I don't remember anyone mentioning that when I bought them! And to top it off, they wanted to charge me more to return them than what I originally paid! What a rip-off! Let me tell you about the disaster that was my recent purchase from this company. First off, ordering was a nightmare. There was no tracking info for days, and when it finally showed up, the package was all over Florida before getting to me. It went from Orlando to Clearwater, then Seminole, back to Clearwater, then Seminole again, and somehow ended up in Jacksonville. I mean, I live in Clearwater! It was so frustrating and ridiculous. Customer service didn't help at all, no real solutions or explanations for the delivery mess. The whole thing was a disaster and I'm never ordering from them again.
