Leather handbag
I recently bought a leather handbag and I was pretty happy with how nice it is. But, when I needed help fixing a hardware piece that fell off, dealing with customer service was a real bummer. They told me they could only help if I bought it online from their site. That didn't make sense to me - I couldn't remember where I got the bag over 10 years ago! When I mentioned maybe buying it in another country, they basically said tough luck without proof from their site. It felt like they cared more about avoiding responsibility than helping me out. It was disappointing to see them not being flexible or understanding, especially when I liked the bag so much.

I got this really cute sweater from an online store and it made it all the way to the UK in just a few days. But dang, it was too big for me so I had to send it back. I used their online return service and man, it was a breeze! The delivery guy came to scoop up the package and I got my money back in about a week. I ordered a smaller size and it came without a hitch. The whole thing was so easy and chill, didn't even have to chat with customer service. Feeling pretty darn happy with how it all turned out!
Awesome bags
I am absolutely in love with these bags! They have such a timeless look and they hold up so well. I've had mine for years and the leather still looks incredible. Plus, the prices are really reasonable, especially when they're on sale. I seriously can't find anything to complain about when it comes to these bags!
Purse mix-up
I bought this really cute purse online, or at least I thought it was cute. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like what I expected! The picture showed a soft, floppy bag, but what I received was hard and stiff. It was definitely not the fancy purse I was hoping for! At first, the customer service admitted they made a mistake, but then they just told me to keep it. I was so angry and let down, I'm never shopping here again!
Merino Wool Sweater Purchase
I bought a merino wool sweater from this brand's website and man, was I bummed about the quality. The website said it was 100% merino wool, but when I got it, turns out it was only 30% wool and the rest was synthetic stuff. And to top it off, the sweater was made in China, which they didn't mention in the product description. That's just not cool, especially since their prices are on the higher side. I'm telling y'all, watch out for this brand's sneaky ways when it comes to clothing quality.
Damaged bag return
I recently had a really disappointing experience with the service from this high-end luxury brand. So basically, I got this bag that came all messed up with scratched metal hardware, so I sent it back for a refund right away. It's been 21 days since the brand got my return, and I still haven't seen my money. The customer service team has been super slow to respond and not very good at keeping me in the loop. It's really frustrating, and it's making me wonder if this brand is really as top-notch as they say they are. Like, I shouldn't have to fight to get my money back for a damaged product after spending so much on it. I had higher expectations for a brand like this, and I'm really let down by the whole experience.
Dress purchase
My recent experience with customer service at this fancy brand was really a letdown. I tried reaching out to them multiple times through email, patiently waiting for a response about a return request I made on December 25th. Even though they promised contact from their US customer service team, I didn't hear anything for weeks. Finally, after reaching out again, they offered to pay for my dry cleaning, but only after taking my money and leaving me hanging. It's really disappointing to come across such bad communication and service from a brand that prides itself on being luxurious. I've decided to say goodbye to the dress and my money because their unprofessionalism is just not okay. I plan on making a formal complaint to my credit card company and sharing my negative experience with others.
Leather handbag
The leather on that handbag I got was just not up to par for a luxury brand. It felt super cheap and got scratched up way too easily. Definitely wasn't worth what I paid for it. And the customer service I got was pretty mediocre - not helpful at all. Just an all-around disappointing experience with both the product and the service.
Sweater purchase
I recently had a frustrating experience with a purchase I made from Proenza Schouler. I bought a sweater that was marked as final sale using Affirm, but then realized that Neiman Marcus had the size I actually needed. Even though Neiman Marcus had the sweater in stock, Proenza Schouler wouldn't let me return it. So now I'm stuck with an extra sweater and an unnecessary finance charge from Affirm. I was really disappointed by their lack of flexibility and customer service. I would suggest being careful about making purchases from them in the future.
Wrong item received during recent sale
I recently ordered a PS11 on sale online and was bummed to get the wrong item. After exchanging emails, I was able to set up a return, but the customer service was lacking. They didn't even say sorry or explain the mix-up, and the communication was scarce. I waited at home for the pickup, but DHL told me it was rescheduled for the next day. I'm worried about getting my refund and really hope my next order goes as planned.
Bag strap broken
I got this bag that I was super excited about, but the strap ended up breaking just a year after I bought it. I tried contacting them for a refund or a replacement, but they refused. They did say they would fix the strap, but they were asking for way too much money for shipping. I'm really let down by the whole situation.
Sale top - no returns
Ugh, I just bought this top on sale because it looked so adorable online, but man was I wrong! When I finally got it in person, it looked nothing like what I expected! And to top it off, I can't even exchange it for a different size. Can you believe it? And when I tried to contact their customer service, they didn't even bother to respond. Talk about rude, right?
Blue camera bag
I bought a blue camera bag from this brand like a month back. But dang, after just a short while, I saw that the leather on both corners was already fading away. So, I hit up customer service, thinking they'd hook me up since the bag wasn't cheap. But man, they said it was just normal wear and tear and didn't do anything to help. I'm pretty let down and annoyed by their lack of responsibility and customer service.
Cropped cardigan purchase
I got this cute cropped cardigan from this brand, but I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with it. It looked super cute and stylish in the pictures, which is why I wanted it in the first place. When it finally arrived, it came in decent packaging and looked okay at first. But, once I started wearing it, I could tell right away that the quality of the wool was not great. It definitely didn't feel as luxurious as I was expecting for the price I paid. After just one wear, I noticed the fabric around the buttons was starting to wear out and unravel in a few spots. If I don't fix it soon, it's going to turn into holes for sure. Overall, I was bummed out by how poorly the cardigan was put together, especially considering how expensive it was.
