Excellent products
Great value of money buying these natural hair solutions This is very important these days Most of customers like me prefer to use organic and natural extracts for nursing and even food
On first trial bought Strength Care Shampoo and used two three months but later I shifted to Hydrate shampoo I was right
This formula suited more effectively then Strength formula Anti Fade complex protect against fading color.They also claims there is not harsh chemicals used in this solution
Prices are comparatively higher then all previously tested shampoos .No other products used so far from Pureology .Possible I can use some more products soon initially on trial.Long hair extensions shampoo
Having long hair extensions makes it tricky to find the perfect shampoo, let me tell you. But I gotta say, this sulphate-free shampoo is hands down the best I've tried. It not only leaves my hair feeling so clean and healthy, but it also smells amazing and the scent sticks around all day. It's super gentle on my extensions and keeps them in great shape. I would totally suggest this shampoo to anyone with long hair extensions who wants a top-notch product.
Haircare products
The hair products are fine, but the customer service is absolutely terrible! I emailed them twice and didn't hear back. I even called, but still couldn't get a solution. I won't be buying from them again!
Leave-in conditioner for colored hair
I just bought this leave-in conditioner for colored hair from this one company. I was so pumped to try it after getting some fresh platinum blonde highlights at the salon. But man, when I actually used it, my hair turned yellow! So I tried reaching out to the company a few times for help, but no one ever got back to me like they said they would. Their customer service was a mess - unresponsive and kept me on hold forever. The whole thing was just super frustrating and disappointing.
Shampoo subscription
I signed up for a shampoo subscription that comes every six months back in April. Yesterday, I got an email saying my order was all set, but I didn't even order anything. I called customer service right away, but they said it was too late to cancel or change it. Plus, they wouldn't even give me a pre-paid label to send the product back. This whole mix-up and the way they handled it has made me decide to cancel my subscription and go with a different brand.
Shampoo disaster
This shampoo totally messed up my hair. I used the strength formula and it made my hair all sticky and gross. It not only made my hair thin and fall out, but it also gave it this weird brassy color. I couldn't believe how fast my hair went downhill after using this stuff. I definitely wouldn't suggest giving it a try.
Online Order Issue
I recently had a not-so-great experience with my online order from this company. I was trying to buy something through their website on my phone, but oops, I picked the wrong thing. I tried to cancel the order right away, but couldn't find that option on their website. So, I hurried over to my computer to take a better look at the product and then placed a new order for the right item. I shot an email over to customer service and then played the waiting game. But man, after 4 days (including 2 weekend days), I still hadn't heard back about canceling that first order.
Hair products
The people there didn't have a clue what they were talking about. They kept feeding me conflicting information and it just left me all mixed up. I definitely won't be coming back here for any hair products.
