Mixed feelings about Quality Water Treatment

I purchased a water softener system.
The folks over at the water treatment company were really open and clear about a delay in shipping because their warehouse was short-staffed. Even though things got delayed, the customer service when placing my order was top-notch. Since getting it installed, I've been loving my water softener system and it's been working great. Jeremy and Rhea were awesome at answering all my installation questions. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and definitely think this company is worth recommending to others.

The people at the store were super helpful and knew their stuff. Kristine really took the time to chat with us and explain all the different options so we could pick the right system for us. She was real patient too, 'cause we must've called and emailed a bunch before we made up our minds. But in the end, we're thrilled with what we got and it's been working like a charm. The installation guides were easy to understand, and the quick connect hose kit I bought made installation a breeze. Overall, I'm really happy with the whole process.
