eBike with frame design flaw
Don't waste your money on these bikes! They have a major design flaw that the company refuses to acknowledge. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't honor their warranty. You'll be stuck with a pricey piece of garbage before you know it. Take heed of the negative feedback and do some research before making a purchase.
Jeep E-Bike purchase
I bought two electric bikes from this company back in August 2021, and man, it hasn't been a smooth ride, let me tell you. First off, it took them forever to get the bikes to me - I didn't get them until the end of December 2021. And then, to top it off, when I finally got a good look at them, turns out one of the bikes was supposed to be 1000W but it was a measly 750W instead. I've been trying to get in touch with these guys for a fix, but they're giving me the silent treatment. It's been a real headache, and I'm thinking about taking this up with someone higher up to get this sorted out.
