    Essential supplement

    In day to day life we are little careless due to time constraints but even though some available which can be very very helpful.
    Qunol is doing good work, we as a family we have seen the benefits of CoQ10 basically it's called Coenzyme. For joints and skin treatment this is very helpful for what reason we are using it since last two years..Great and helpful products indeed.

    Hey everyone, I just wanted to give you a heads up about this company that sells Qc10 and other health products. Definitely avoid ordering directly from them because they'll just take your money and you won't get anything in return. It's basically like throwing your money down the drain. Your best bet is to buy from other places instead.

    I had a terrible experience with this one company that just doesn't give a darn about their customers. I mean, I reached out to them about my delivery issues multiple times and they just blew me off for a full two months. And get this - they actually charged me twice for my order and never bothered to refund me. If that's how they handle folks, I don't even want their product.

    Product purchase from Qunol

    I've been using this product for years because my chiropractor recommended it and I bought it from popular stores. But when I tried to reach out to customer service with a question, I didn't get a response and it was super frustrating. I had to contact multiple people from the company before finally getting a not-so-great response. Overall, the customer service was not efficient, transparent, or helpful, which made me question the company and their product.

    Unhelpful customer support

    I wasn't too happy with the customer support at this company. When I had a problem with my order and tried to get help, all I got was unhelpful responses and no solution. It was a letdown to find out they don't give refunds right away, and I had to work with my bank to dispute the charges to get my money back. Dealing with their bad support and lack of help was annoying and a hassle, and it definitely made me think poorly of their customer service.

    Large discounted order canceled

    I ordered a bunch of things with a big holiday discount, but they ended up canceling my order out of nowhere. Apparently, they wanted me to fill out some wholesale account form to place the order again, but I'm not a reseller and I don't have those kinds of papers. I tried to explain this to them in an email, but they haven't gotten back to me at all. Seems pretty shady and sketchy to me!

    CoQ10 supplements

    I recently bought CoQ10 supplements from this company, and let me tell you, it's been a real up and down experience. The actual product is alright, no complaints there. But when I got my bottle, the supplements inside were all melted, which was pretty disappointing. I reached out to their customer service back in October, and at first, they were super helpful. However, two months later, I'm still waiting for the replacement bottle they said they'd send me. They decided to send it via USPS, which wasn't the smartest choice. And when the replacement never showed up, they pretty much just walked away from the situation, leaving me to deal with it on my own. It's really irritating when companies don't own up to their mistakes, and honestly, it's left a bad taste in my mouth. They've been ignoring all of my follow-up emails, which just adds insult to injury. After doing some digging, I've found another supplement that should work just fine. Their lack of organization has made me lose faith in how they do business. It's a shame because a good product is overshadowed by their poor customer service. I've realized that their failure to make things right in this one instance will end up costing them a lot of future sales from me. It's their loss, not mine. Just be careful with this company and watch your back.

    Online Purchase Experience

    My recent online shopping experience was not great. I ordered something on a Friday and got an email saying it would take 14 days because it was in high demand. I was worried about waiting so long, so I emailed them right away to cancel my order. But even after I tried to cancel, I found out the next day that the order had already been shipped. It was frustrating to get mixed messages and have my cancellation request ignored.
