I bought some pet stuff the other day and man, it was a total letdown. The folks at the company were not on top of their game when it came to customer service - I mean, come on! And don't even get me started on the products themselves - total junk, not at all what they were hyped up to be. My poor pet got sick from using them and had to see the vet. My advice? Stay far away from this place, they seem to be peddling some shady, harmful stuff for pets.

They are not trustworthy.
1. They violate their stated 100% satisfaction guarantee.
2. Return is a hassle. They want to charge so much that it isn't worth returning. I will end up throwing away. Will actually cost me money to return (their charges to me to return plus my cost to ship). It isn't even clear they will refund. It is all discretionary.
Site needs a bit of work for navigation. Some products do not come up under the category but will when searching.
