Well nothing new about Radisson hotels.Better options most of the time.Rather i have been a good customer of this group of hotels since very long time.Like no one can hundred percent perfect similarly organization too.
Last November I faced some issue while booking for Heathrow end Edwardian.Nice one as always
High rated hospitality and world class restaurants spa and bars as common feature .
Problem was my booking was through agent ,timely confirmed but when I was set to move received cancellation SMS.I called them to cross check how and why cancelled .
Accordingly cancellation SMS was system generated mistake.
Finally rectified confirmation sent with apologies.
Small things sometimes cause major issue.
