Easter egg hunt confusion
I was really looking forward to joining the Easter egg hunt contest on RebatesMe, but man, those instructions were a mess. I put in the right store name and went to their website like they said, but I couldn't figure out what to do next. It's annoying when something that's supposed to be fun just ends up being a headache. Hopefully RebatesMe can fix things up for their next contests so people don't feel like pulling their hair out.
Good tracking and customer service
I've only used the site a few times but it was a good experience. The cashback always tracked correctly and the customer service was really helpful. One time I misunderstood a sign-up bonus and they explained everything clearly and even extended the promo period for me. They also sent out promos where I could get a gift card and extra cash back. The only thing I didn't like was that it was hard to find the adblock exception list on the site.
Online rewards redemption
I ran into a problem when I was trying to redeem my rewards online. Even though I changed my email address like the customer service agent told me to, I still couldn't log in. Luckily, Kathryn from customer service figured out what was really causing the issue. She helped me out and made sure I got the verification code right away. Thanks to her, I was finally able to redeem my Amazon gift card without any problems.
Online shopping experience
The customer service rep Katie over at this company was seriously amazing. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and took care of all my questions quickly. She gave me a clear idea of what was gonna happen and answered all my questions like a pro. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but Katie really knocked it out of the park. I'm incredibly happy with the service she provided.
Amazon and Safeway rebates
I just tried using RebatesMe for Amazon and Safeway rebates, but it didn't go so well. I did everything they said, like making sure my Amazon cart was empty, but the rebate didn't go through. The same thing happened when I tried to use it for Safeway. It's a bummer because I was really hoping to save some cash with those rebates.
Cashback shopping experience
I really like all the different stores they have on this platform and the great cashback deals they offer. But you know, there are some things that could be better. I've noticed that it takes forever for them to approve the cashback, and sometimes I've had to reach out and claim it myself when it goes missing. That just ends up making it take even longer to get that cashback in my pocket.
