    I've been shopping at this store for a while now and I have to say, I've always had a great experience with their products, especially the handbags. But the last time I made a purchase, I ran into some problems with my order. The customer service team was swamped due to technical glitches, causing delays in getting back to me. Despite the hiccup, I was really impressed with how nice and helpful the customer service reps were. They were genuinely concerned and worked quickly to fix my problem. This whole experience has made me feel confident about shopping internationally, knowing that the customer service team has my back. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and I'll definitely keep supporting this store.

    Online purchase of a bag

    Man, what's the deal with the super slow processing and shipping times? I placed my order and it seriously felt like forever before it finally showed up. Three whole weeks, can you believe it? I do a lot of online shopping, but this was definitely the slowest delivery I've ever experienced. I've even had custom items from Etsy arrive quicker than that! I'm not asking for anything crazy, just some good ol' fashioned efficiency. On the bright side, the bag itself was actually really nice and came well-packaged. Thankfully, I didn't have to interact with customer service. This was my second bag from this brand, and I have to admit, the quality is top-notch.

    Last purchase of apparel from Debra Dresses made me happy due to comfortable breezy cotton finishing with eyelet pattern ,white color ,easy to putt on and put off ,light weight ,easy washable
    Pricing is again an issue for me Anything I choose or like cost always divert me But finally delivered to me last day No quality issue ,only price issue ,at least for me .

    Purchased two bags on sale

    I snagged these bags on sale about a week and a half ago. I was nervous to read the reviews at first because some folks were saying some scary stuff. Surprisingly, everything went smoothly for me! They sent me an email to double-check my order and then gave me an update when they shipped it about a week later. They said it would arrive on May 9th, but it actually showed up today! The bags are really awesome, and I'm totally stoked about them. It seems like others may have had some issues, but my experience was fantastic!

    Oversold bag

    Hey guys, I gotta tell you about the terrible customer service I dealt with at this place. So, I ordered this bag that was supposed to be super popular on 2/25/2023. The website said it'd only take 5 business days for an update on my order. Well, two weeks went by and I'm left hanging with no info from them. And then, they send me an email with a link that didn't even work! I sent three more emails, but a month later, still no shipping info. I had enough and had to contact my credit card company for a refund. It's really disappointing to see a big name in the industry drop the ball like this. Consider this a heads up - don't make the same mistake I did.

    Broken purchase

    I bought something from the store back in November of 2023, and it came broken. I've been trying to reach customer service for the past three months, but haven't heard back. I've called the hotline like 20 times, left four voicemails, and sent four emails. Finally, after four days, they responded to my email. I left my phone number with every message, but no one has called me back. It's really frustrating to experience this kind of unprofessionalism from a company that's supposed to have good products.

    I recently got this really adorable pink purse and some killer black boots from here and I seriously love them! The pink purse is amazing for holding all my things and the black boots are so stylish. Whenever I wear them, I feel like a true fashion queen!

    I'd totally give this place zero stars if I could. The customer service here is just so bad- no phone number to call, and they never even reply to emails. I totally wasted my time and money on something I bought here and I seriously regret it.

    I recently bought a handbag from this company and I have to say, I'm really disappointed. The whole thing was like a nightmare. The quality of the bag just didn't match the price, it felt like a rip-off. The customer service was awful, the people on the phone were rude and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. The prices were way too high for what I got, I probably could have found a better deal somewhere else. And to make matters worse, the delivery was delayed multiple times with no explanation or apology. This whole experience has really soured me on this brand, I won't be buying from them again.

    Purse for Christmas present

    I recently had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a purse as a Christmas gift but it never arrived or got shipped out. When I reached out to customer service to ask about my order, they just gave me my money back and didn't offer to send the purse or honor the discount I used to buy it. I was so upset with their lack of help and couldn't believe it. It just doesn't make sense to me that they wouldn't try to sell their products first before jumping to refunds without any other options.

    I got this really cute bag online back on May 17th and it still hasn't shown up. I've tried calling their customer service, but it's closed because of COVID. Their website contact form is busted, and I've sent a ton of emails with barely any response. They told me two weeks ago that my bag was good to go, then a few days later apologized and said they'd send it out with free fast shipping. But here we are, no shipping confirmation, no response to my emails, and my latest one won't even go through. I've been shopping with them for like 10 years, but I've had it. I'm done buying bags from them. Their customer service is just a disaster.

    Oversized leather tote

    First of all, I just gotta say, the customer service at this place is a total joke. I bought this huge leather tote and had some problems with it, so I left them five messages to call me back. Did they ever bother to get back to me? Nope, not even once. Feels like they just took my money and disappeared. Such a rip-off company. I'm really let down by their lack of communication and follow-through. Needless to say, I won't be giving them any more of my business.

    I bought this leather handbag from this brand, and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. So, I thought the bag was in stock when I ordered it, but then I get an email saying it's actually out of stock. That was a major bummer because the website should've been up to date on that. And get this, when I tried to cancel my order because of the mix-up, they said I'd have to fork out some money. That just didn't sit right with me - felt kinda shady and left me feeling a bit disappointed.

    I recently bought two items from your store, but it's been almost three weeks and I still haven't gotten any updates on when they're coming. The website said it would only take 3-5 days for shipping, but I don't know where my order is at all.     Deep Slate handbag

    The customer service at this place is terrible. I ordered a Deep Slate handbag online, but they canceled it saying there was fraud. It took forever for someone to email me back and then they said they didn't have it in stock. When I asked about other colors, I got no response. And now my second order for the same bag has been ignored for three days. It's really frustrating and unprofessional how they're handling things.
