    Customer service is awful. They sent me the wrong shirt and had me send it back before they sent me my correct shirt. A week or so had passed and I hadn’t gotten a email saying they sent my correct shirt. I finally emailed to get an update and they just sent me a email with a link to their faq about shipping and handling. I finally just disputed the charge through my bank. I ordered the shirt in November and disputed the charge in January.

    I purchased over 400$ worth

    First time customer my order was late be 2 weeks for shipping but I let it be and still left a positive reviews because I loved everything I received and everything was packaged well.

    However RSC posted a controversial post about covid. They only respect customers who agree with them. I left my opinion I was blocked. A business that cannot respect different opinions of customers not a business that honors customers. I’ll spend my money elsewhere and will be working on getting this whole order refunded this business does not deserve anyone’s money.

    Pullover hoodie

    I ordered a hoodie, the entire process was seamless. It was all great until it came time to actually receive the product. I paid for the item and it said it was shipped and delivered. Issue is that we have a valet that receives and signs for all packages regardless of the carrier. I noted this to the company, the post office, and contacted my credit card company immediately. Something seemed off. When I let the company know that the package never came they told me it was my loss and to deal with USPS but they were refusing to assist further. Do not order from this company, IG scam.

    Two tshirts

    I ordered a couple of shirts two weeks ago and was super excited. I came across this business and loved everything about it. I was super excited to get my shirts. When I received the delivery it was not my order. It was a beanie for someone in Washington. I live in California. When I contacted the business, they told me they would send me a shipping label to return the wrong order and my order would be corrected ASAP. I then asked if they could just charge me for the beanie as well so we can skip that step. But they denied. I don’t know but it just rubbed me the wrong way. As a business, I would have let someone keep that messed up order. It was a single beanie as an apology for the mix up. After all of this back and forth, I decided to cancel my order completely. I was really sad because I was initially really excited about this new company. Most likely would not order from them again for that reason. I wish them all the luck and hope mix ups like this do not happen often for them. It could really alter everything

    Terrible customer service. A shirt that I ordered for my wife was delayed. Their customer service representative responses back to a CUSTOMER were (1) we’re a small business so takes time to get a product out. Okay I can accept that and then the best one yet (2) After emailing and waiting over three days for a response, emailing again complaining about their response time they do not apologize but rather just send a Return Label.
    If you’re wanting to be treated like a customer should I’d definitely stay away from this company. They do not promise on their delivery. Oh wait...they don’t feel they have to because they’re a SMALL business.

    Terrible woman that owns this business. She fixed another small woman owned company. Unprofessional and gross.,
