    Quick resolution of shipping label mix-up

    I had an amazing customer service experience with this company recently. I messed up and put the wrong shipping label on a return package, which caused a mix-up with the shoes I was sending back. Even though it was totally my fault, the customer service rep really owned the situation, fixed it within a day, and even hooked me up with a new shipping label for the right shoes. The way they communicated so quickly and effectively, and their willingness to help me out even though I hadn't bought anything from them before, really impressed me. I wasn't expecting this level of service from a big company like this. Because of this great experience, I'm definitely thinking about coming back as a customer.

    I bought some sneakers from your website not too long ago. They got to me pretty fast, but I gotta say, I was really bummed out by how bad the quality was. I only wore them once and the fabric on the sides started falling apart. I contacted customer service and they were quick to offer to pay for the repair. But let's be real, this isn't something a shoe repair shop can fix. I'm really disappointed with how cheaply made and uncomfortable these shoes are, especially with the issue I experienced.

    I've been a fan of this brand for so long, always loving the quality and comfort of their stuff. Recently got a pair of their walking shoes and they've been amazing for my daily walks - super durable and comfy. Only thing is, some styles seem to be on the narrow side and some models run small, so the sizing can be a bit off. But once you find the right fit and style for you, the brand's quality and value are still top-notch.

    I got these awesome shoes a month ago and I still haven't received them! I've been sending emails like crazy and all they keep saying is I have to wait for their "shipping partners" before they can refund me. What even does that mean?! I talked to UPS and they said they already submitted the claim, so why am I still waiting? This is so frustrating. I'm never buying from them again.

    Reebok Astroride Trail GTX 2.0 shoes

    I bought a pair of Reebok Astroride Trail GTX 2.0 shoes on their website not too long ago. I was super bummed because right off the bat, these GoreTex shoes let water leak in. I reached out to Reebok in Sweden to make a complaint, but they totally refused to take them back, give me a refund, or swap them out for a new pair. It was a real hassle to even get ahold of their customer service in Germany, and it ended up costing me a pretty penny in phone calls. They kept saying they couldn't find my order number because they had changed their business system recently, even though I kept giving it to them along with my proof of purchase. I spent months trying to get them to do something about it, but in the end, they just rejected my complaint, even though I had solid proof that the shoes were trash. All in all, a real letdown and a major headache dealing with them.

    I had a pretty bad experience with returning something to this company. I live out in the boonies, so I had to drive two hours to drop off my return, only to find out I didn't have all the labels I needed. I actually needed FOUR different labels - one inside the box, two on the outside, one to give when I dropped it off, one for the back of some random object, and one for the ruler of the land. It was a total headache dealing with all of that. I'm still trying to sort it out with customer service, but they still haven't given me the missing labels, which just adds to my annoyance and frustration.

    I just bought some sneakers from this company and man, it was a huge letdown. The customer service was straight-up terrible. They kept saying they'd send me my kicks every week, but all I got was a bunch of excuses and delays. Finally, after a whole month of waiting, they told me they'd give me a refund. But guess what? Still haven't seen a dime back in my account. This seller is a mess, do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.

    I bought some shoes from this company and man, was I let down by the quality. They didn't even fit right and the whole return process was a pain. I had to fork over some cash for the return shipping and on top of that I had to print the label myself. No one even told me that the shoes were coming from overseas, which just made everything more annoying. To make matters worse, the shoes were made with some cheap materials and fell apart way too fast.

    Shoes too small

    I didn't think dealing with this brand would be so bad. I bought some shoes that took forever to get here, and when they finally did, they were way too small. I wear a UK size and these shoes were definitely not what they were supposed to be. Trying to get a hold of customer service was a nightmare, they were impossible to reach. It's not worth the headache to return them, I'll just save them for my next kid to grow into. I'm never buying from this company again.

    Shoe not delivered to correct address

    I got these shoes from this company and it's been like 2 months and still no sign of them. They claim they delivered my package somewhere else, but they won't own up to it. I've been trying to fix this, but no luck - no refund, no effort to make things right. The customer service folks I talked to don't seem to know how to read or care about my problem. This whole thing has been a huge letdown and so irritating.

    Order cancellation, misinformation, wasted time

    Unfortunately, my recent order from this company was a total bummer. I ordered a pair of shoes for my birthday, but then five days later, out of nowhere, they cancelled my order. When I called customer service, they told me I was on a list to get the shoes when they were back in stock and that I didn't need to do anything. But, after giving my info again, I never heard back like they promised. I called again, and this time they said the first person was wrong, there was no list, and I was basically out of luck. It was really frustrating and a waste of two weeks. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

    New shoes

    I just got some new shoes and oh man, they are amazing! I ended up loving them so much that I decided to grab another pair in a different color. But, the fit on the second pair is just off. Now I'm in the process of trying to return them, but let me tell you - their return policy is just a mess. Nothing on their website is clear and I'm feeling really let down!
