Santoku, Cleaver, Nakiri & Paring knife
I love these knives.
I currently own and use these four knives at my work and can say that these knives make my job so much easier than the knives I was using.
I replaced a Henckles Santoku with the Regalia Santoku and was instantly impressed with the quality of the knife.
Starting with the beautiful presentation box, opening it was a pleasure, it was like unwrapping a precious jewel.
Then holding the knife for the first time told me I made the right choice!
It felt perfect in my hand.
It's weight and form are perfect for me.
Its not only beautiful, it cuts, minces and chops everything I throw at it with ease.
I immediately ordered the Cleaver to go with it.
Wow!
Its now my go to Knife when I need to do heavy prep.
It blazes through piles of veggies and breaks down tough beef shoulders and pork ... like slicing through butter.
I cant believe I did my job without this knife!
The Nakiri and Paring knife are as important to me as the other two knives for all the above mentioned reasons.
They are beautiful, functional and razor sharp, The trifecta of perfection.
I am the Lead cook for a very busy kitchen and I prepare ALL the food for lunch service. I serve up to 1000 people daily in a cafeteria style setting.
The food is 100% all natural, NON GMO and organic restaurant quality food that I prepare from scratch daily.
I can say without doubt that these knives have helped me increase my production and quality of the food I prepare.

if you love having a different type of knives and have no idea where to buy it, you can viist here this online store have everything i was looking for so long. I love cooking and for that i need good knives, there is no doubt that there are lots o companies out there but the thing i am not satisfied.
also with this one i trust what i am buying
apart from that, they have collections of best knives from the best parts around the world

Bread Knife and Pairing Knife
Ok, this sucks! I wrote a review on the Santoku Knife. It is NOT a Regalia knife, it was a Mikarto. The review is true, but it is NOT a Regalia. However, I liked it so much, I wanted to buy a bread knife and a Pairing knife from Mikarto. The Regalia bread knife is beautiful and I like it alot. However, the pairing knife is dull and that's disappointing. I either need to return it for a refund, or send it back and have them sharpen it again. You shouldn't have to sharpen a new knife out of the box. NO, I will not buy any more knives from them because I believe there are better knives out there. But the Mikarto Santoku knife is awesome!
