I bought a high temp thermostat and fuse for my dryer from RepairClinic not too long ago. I ordered them on 12/29/20 and was happy to see that they were in stock and shipped out that same day. I got the parts fast, just 2 days later on 12/31/20. The part numbers were spot on as advertised, which was a relief. Even though I didn't need the video instructions for the repair, I like that RepairClinic provides them for those who do. All in all, from my own experience, I would suggest RepairClinic for appliance parts.
Agitator repair kit for washing machine
I had some problems with the top agitator on my washing machine. So, I did some research and decided to buy an OEM kit from RepairClinic. Ordering was easy - I just put in my model number, checked out a few helpful videos on their site, and placed my order without any trouble. The part came quickly, and I was able to fix my washer in just 20 minutes. RepairClinic not only helped me out, but they also saved me from the stress of dealing with a busted washing machine. Control board replacement
So, I got this new control board for our washing machine from RepairClinic. Ordering it was a breeze, but when it showed up, it was totally the wrong part! I reached out to customer service, and let me tell you, they were not helpful at all. They just kept insisting that I was the one who messed up and that the part was right. It was beyond frustrating because I knew for sure I ordered the correct one! It felt like I was talking to a wall, they just wouldn't listen to me. In the end, I had to hit up a local store to get the right part. From now on, I won't be ordering from them again!

I got a furnace igniter from this place not long ago, and let me tell you, delivery was a nightmare. FedEx just chucked it into a snowbank like it was no big deal, and to top it off, they took a picture of it. RepairClinic said they'd reach out to me to fix the problem, but they totally dropped the ball on that. I had to bug them multiple times before anything happened, and they wouldn't do a thing until I gave them the model and serial number.
Customer service experience
I had a really lousy customer service experience at RepairClinic the other day. The person I talked to was so rude and argumentative, making the whole situation really unpleasant. It seemed like they didn't care about my concerns at all and I felt disrespected the whole time. The way they acted was totally not okay, and I really hope the management does something about it and trains their staff better in how to treat customers right.

I had a really bad experience with the customer service at RepairClinic recently. I called in asking a question, and the person on the phone just hung up when they didn't know the answer. It was super frustrating and definitely not what I was hoping for. I think it's important for businesses to treat their customers better and show more respect.
Hard-to-find replacement parts
RepairClinic is the best when it comes to finding the parts I need. They make it super easy to locate even the most hard-to-find stuff for my repairs. I don't have to spend ages searching anymore, which is a huge relief. It doesn't matter if my appliances are old or new, RepairClinic always has what I'm looking for.
Backordered circuit control board
I just bought a circuit control board from RepairClinic that was on backorder. It was a bit pricey at $136. When the package arrived, I was bummed out because even though the large shipping box had a bunch of packing material, it was all on top of the circuit board, which was only in a plastic bag and not padded. So basically, the delicate part was left vulnerable at the bottom of the box.
Dishwasher parts purchase
I recently bought some parts for my dishwasher from this company, but it didn't go so well. I called ahead to double-check that I was getting the right parts for my dishwasher model, and they told me they were the right ones. But when I got the parts, they didn't fit at all. When I called to ask for a return, the customer service person was really rude and not helpful. They wouldn't pay for the return shipping on their mistake, and they even tacked on an extra $12 for the original shipping. Their lack of responsibility and bad customer service really disappointed me. I won't be shopping with them again, and I suggest others be careful too.
Replacement part for washing machine
I just bought a new part for my washing machine from RepairClinic.com. The part came pretty fast, but I was bummed out to see that it was really cheap quality. As soon as I saw that it was defective, I reached out to customer service for help. The first person I talked to said they'd give me a refund and that there was a warranty, so I was relieved. But when I asked to speak to a supervisor, things got worse. I had a hard time getting a hold of the supervisor, with my calls getting ignored and messages not getting returned.
AC Start-Run Capacitor
I recently purchased this AC Start-Run Capacitor and when it showed up, it had about 20 dents on it! Some of them were pretty deep, like it had been kicked around like a soccer ball. The packaging was all good, so it must have happened during shipping. I mean, come on! How old is this thing to be in such rough shape? It might still function, but I worry it could affect its lifespan. I definitely won't be shopping here in the future.

My wife accidentally bought the wrong replacement light for our fridge, and it didn't work when I tried to put it in. I called customer service and talked to this guy named Danny who was nice at first, but then he got really rude and said they wouldn't exchange it for the correct one. I was furious - all we wanted to do was make a simple transaction, but now we're never going back there. I'd steer clear of that place if I were you.
