Awesome jeans that fit perfectly
Oh my gosh, these jeans are absolutely amazing! I ordered them and they arrived super fast, like only 3 days later. I even chatted with customer service and they were so helpful, responding the same day. And the best part is the jeans fit me just right! I am over the moon with joy!
Delayed jean order
My experience ordering jeans from this company was awful. I placed my order on June 14th and by July 4th, my jeans still hadn't even been shipped. I tried to contact customer service several times, but all I got were excuses about "nationwide shipping delays." It's pretty interesting to hear that excuse when companies like Amazon don't seem to have any problems with shipping delays. If you don't actually have the product in stock to ship, then just be honest about it instead of blaming external factors for the delay.
Oversized jeans purchase
Man, let me tell you, this company's customer service is the absolute worst. It's like talking to a brick wall because all they give you are automated responses. I bought a pair of jeans using their size chart and when they arrived, they were way too big. I sent them back, but my replacement pair seems to be taking a vacation around the world for the past two weeks. I haven't even been able to try the product out yet so I can't say anything about quality. I even tried leaving negative reviews on their site, but they always mysteriously disappear. This one-star company is definitely shady. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.
Non-received merchandise
I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a pair of jeans, but they never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all and wouldn't give me a refund. This company doesn't seem to care about integrity or making sure customers are happy. I suggest staying away from them.
Jeans sent to wrong address
I had a really bad experience with my last purchase from this company. The customer service was so bad - they sent my jeans to the wrong address and haven't even bothered to get back to me when I reached out for help. I tried texting and emailing, but got zero response. There's not even a phone number to call and talk to a real person. It's just really annoying to spend $79 on something I never got because of their mess-up and lack of communication. I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you care about good customer service and reliable communication.
Expensive jeans, no returns allowed
I just bought these fancy jeans, but had to take them back because they didn't fit right. I tried them on, took off the tags, and then found out I couldn't return them once the tags were off. Even though the jeans were still brand new with no wear and tear, the company wouldn't budge on their policy. It's frustrating because there are tons of other American-made jeans out there with better return options.
Inconsistent sizing
I bought two pairs of jeans from this place, both the same size and model. But, surprise surprise, the second pair I got was a full 2 inches longer than the first pair. I mean, seriously? When I told them about the mix-up, they tried saying it was just a "slight variation." Yeah right, 2 inches is more like a whole new size! Now I'm stuck with pants that are way too long and they won't help me out. Let me tell you, their customer service is frustrating and disappointing.
Overdue jean order
I ordered some jeans weeks ago and I still haven't gotten them. The tracking info hasn't changed at all and customer service won't give me a refund because they say my order has already shipped, but it definitely hasn't. I'm super annoyed and thinking about doing a chargeback.
Stylish and comfortable jeans
As a frequent customer, I've always loved the cool and comfy jeans this company sells. But, my most recent run-in with their customer service has really let me down. I had to swap out a pair of jeans that were too big, but the postal service lost my return package. Even after I explained everything to the company, they kept telling me to find the package, making me deal with USPS in a never-ending cycle with no solution in sight. I'm still waiting for my replacement pair, feeling annoyed by the company's lack of help and understanding.
Wrong size jeans
I ordered a pair of jeans from this store not too long ago and man, let me tell you, it was a total mess. Got the package, ripped it open, and lo and behold, they sent me the wrong size jeans. Like, come on, how hard is it to get that right? So, I try to return them and it was just a nightmare - so complicated and cost me a pretty penny. I was so annoyed with the whole thing, I'm definitely shopping somewhere else next time.
Rough and Hard Hooded Sweatshirt
I just bought this hoodie and it was terrible! It was all stiff and didn't even fit right. So when I went to return it, they told me they were taking 30% as a "handling fee." Can you believe that? No way am I going back to that store.
Jeans
I wish I could give service and delivery a lower than 1 star. I have been trying to get a refund after going nearly a month and I still do not have my product. They say they will issue a refund when the item is returned, but it has never been delivered. I would NEVER shop there again.
