Loose lab diamond
After doing a ton of research for like a whole year, I finally decided to upgrade my wedding ring with a loose lab diamond. I gotta admit, I was totally lost when it came to diamonds and felt super overwhelmed and confused. But then one night, I got into this chat with a support person who was seriously amazing. Diamond earrings purchase
The diamond earrings I bought are just gorgeous, they have this amazing sparkle that shines so perfectly in the light. I was a little worried about how sturdy the weld is that connects the post to the basket of the earring, but the backing feels really secure when I wear them. I did have a little trouble getting updates on my purchase, but once I got in touch, they were quick to let me know what was going on. Ritani has a lot of lab-created diamond options at different prices, so there's something for everyone's budget. I'd definitely recommend Ritani to anyone in the market for top-notch lab-created diamond products.
Quality diamond, poor resize/repair services
The diamond was so beautiful, and the setting was just perfect. But man, let me tell you, the resize/repair services for Canadian customers were a major letdown. I put in a request for resizing back on June 13th, and here we are on July 7th, and I still haven't even gotten a shipping label. I've called three times now, and every time they tell me I'll have a label in a day or two, but it's just not happening. I've decided to just have it resized locally instead. My advice to you, if you need resizing or repairs, is to buy a loose stone and skip the whole setting process.

I picked up 3 loose stones and man, they were really awesome. I could totally bring them back, but I ain't gonna. They were such a steal and being able to check them out in person at the store was amazing. Ritani seriously has some of the best prices online, no joke.

Loose diamonds for earrings
Customer service was amazing! I first bought some loose diamonds to put in earrings, but one was out of stock. Thankfully, Juliet found me an even nicer pair, got them mounted, and delivered them super quickly. I can't thank her enough for saving my Christmas and making my girlfriend's gift extra special.
