Excellent products
Excellent speakers , especially Bluetooth speakers Before this party speaker I had one 40 watt speaker easy carry and operat Long battery back up and digital sound performance Two years since using that one and still working great
One big speaker with double connectivity namely Rock Party speaker ,a real party speaker Decent design and super sound of 8 inch woofers great engineering work Long distance enabled operation Attractive led display setting for party time
But in my opinion battery back up is not good as good expected Six hours only workable if running on low volume and no sense a party speaker play in low volume.Hence this area is challenging for technician to increase back up time.Order modification and refund
I had this one time where I needed to change an order I made, and let me tell you, the customer service at this company was top-notch. I contacted them to explain what was going on, and they got back to me right away with solutions on what to do next. They not only agreed to give me a refund, but they also handled everything right then and there. I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. It's clear that they care about their customers and want to make sure they're happy. I'm really thankful for their help when I needed it most.
New subwoofer purchase
My new subwoofer wasn't working, but Rockville's customer support team totally saved me! They were so nice, quick to respond, and really helpful. Tim, the rep I talked to, was amazing - he knew his stuff and made sure I was satisfied. I enjoy fixing up my car and having awesome audio, so I'm really impressed with Rockville's products. This whole thing made me trust them even more. If you're in need of audio gear, Rockville is definitely the way to go!
Bluetooth Towers
I just got these awesome Bluetooth Towers from this company and man, they are amazing. No wires, a 12" base speaker, four speakers in total, an SD MMC card slot, U Disk port, two mic jacks, and even a remote all for just $369? It's seriously a great deal! The quality is top-notch and I'm so happy with my purchase. These towers have completely changed the game for my home entertainment setup.
Faulty soundbar, customer service non-responsive
I bought a soundbar that wouldn't connect after only a month. I tried sending emails to get some help, but I never heard back from them. I definitely don't recommend shopping here.
Bluetooth audio speakers
I recently bought some small Bluetooth audio speakers from this place and let me tell you, it was a bit of a wild ride. I read some mixed reviews, but I decided to go for it and make the purchase. When I got my order confirmation, I was bummed to see that there was no tracking info. I waited a few days, getting more and more worried, before I finally called their customer service. They picked up, which was a relief, but the info they gave me wasn't very comforting. They said my order was coming via DHL instead of FedEx like I expected, and promised it would show up the very next day. I live in Tennessee and the warehouse is in New Jersey, so I was skeptical about how fast that could happen. She didn't give me a tracking number until the next day, despite my doubts.
Smart home equipment
I was really looking forward to trying out the smart home equipment I bought from this store, but man, what a let down! It took forever for them to process my order, seriously making me wonder if they're even open during regular business hours in the US. And on top of that, it took an extra two days for them to even ship it out. When it finally arrived, the equipment was all messed up. The wifi adapters couldn't scan for different channels, the light remotes were acting up, and the instructional videos were basically useless. I'm definitely considering returning everything because of all the time wasted and the lack of a good return on my investment.
Sound system purchase
I just bought a sound system from this store and I gotta say, I was completely let down by the false info on their website. They claimed the speakers were 1600 watts, but they were way less powerful in reality. It's so aggravating to get products that don't live up to the hype. I've definitely lost faith in this store and I'll be careful before buying anything from them again.
speaker enclosure
Dang, can you believe the speaker enclosure I bought from that store? They claimed it was top-notch with a 1-inch MDF faceplate, but it's actually thinner than they made it out to be. And when I confronted them about it, they just brushed me off and told me to wreck it! Such a scam!
Home stereo speakers with bluetooth capability
The ad for these speakers was totally off base. They said they had bluetooth, but they can only connect to a phone, not a home stereo. So they're pretty worthless for what I needed. Plus, there's no plugs to hook them up directly, so they're even more limited. I tried using them with different stuff, but nothing worked right. It was a real letdown and now I wish I didn't buy them. Just a heads up, make sure to check things out before you buy from this company.
Television
I just bought a TV from Rockville and it's awesome, but I ran into some trouble because some parts were missing. I reached out to customer service for help when I noticed the remote and wire weren't in the box. They weren't very helpful - they kind of just dodged the issue and even suggested I double-check the box myself. I was pretty bummed about their lack of responsibility and the way they handled things. It was frustrating, especially since the TV itself is really good. But this whole situation definitely put a damper on my overall experience.
Amplifier theater system
I'm sorry to say that I can't recommend or install products from this company anymore. The home theater system I bought was a letdown from the start. I didn't even get the remote with it, which is pretty important. It took them two days into the warranty to even address that problem, which is just bad customer service. And when the system crapped out after a year, they didn't want to replace it, using some technicalities in the warranty as an excuse. Their communication was all over the place, and not helpful at all. As someone who needs top-notch equipment for my business, this whole thing has been a big disappointment. I won't be buying anything from them again.
