Ski equipment purchase
Rossignol has some really top-notch ski gear and their customer service is great. I recently bought a few things from them and I gotta say, I'm super happy with how everything performs. The customer service peeps were friendly and really helped out with any questions I had about my order. The only thing I'd suggest is maybe trying a different delivery service than UPS. UPS has been kinda dropping the ball lately, not really notifying me when they deliver my packages and sometimes making me go pick them up at a collection spot. Plus, it's taking longer for my stuff to get to me than I expected. But overall, I'm happy with Rossignol's products and service, just hoping they can work on the delivery process a bit.

I just bought some ski pants online in XL, but when the package came two days later, they were too small. I easily sent them back and ordered the right size online. Then I realized I picked the wrong color that night. I called customer service the next morning, and they quickly canceled my last order and gave me a refund. I reordered the correct size and color online and got an email that it would be delivered the next day. And it was! The ski pants were perfect, just what I was looking for. The customer service team was so efficient and helpful. It was such an easy and smooth experience.
