I bought a gift for my wife using AfterPay, but had to return it. I didn't get a full refund like I should have. AfterPay blamed Rue La La, and when I contacted Rue La La customer service, they weren't helpful and didn't take responsibility. It was annoying not getting the right refund and left me with a bad feeling. I suggest being careful when dealing with Rue La La and AfterPay - not a great experience.
Purchased a dress
This company is a total mess! I ordered a dress, and they sent it to the wrong address in a whole different state! And the worst part is, the dress never even left the warehouse, but they wouldn't change the address. So, somebody ended up swiping the package. Can you believe that? After a bunch of calls and putting up with their screw-ups, they finally gave me back all the money I spent. Needless to say, I'm never buying from them again.

Rue La La is seriously the most annoying online shopping site I've ever dealt with. The return process is a complete nightmare - I sent back my stuff and they said they didn't receive it. Seat covers and blanket purchase
I've been shopping with Rue La La for about a year now, and I have to say, I've been pretty let down by the quality of their stuff. I got some seat covers for $25 a pop and they basically crumbled apart in no time. The fabric was super weak and couldn't handle normal wear and tear. On top of that, I got a blanket that completely fell apart after just one wash. It's frustrating to spend money on things that just don't hold up. I ordered 5 gifts in December, and I'm upset because they're still stuck in customs in the Netherlands. I tried contacting customs, but they couldn't find any info on my package. The tracking link from Asendia keeps saying it's waiting for customs inspection, but Asendia isn't getting back to me. I spent over $1,000 on these gifts, and it feels like I might have been scammed. I'm thinking about reaching out to the police for help because it's been months and there's been no progress.
Expensive order delay
I recently bought something on Rue La La that cost over $1000, and it still hasn't shown up even though it's almost December. I tried contacting their International Customer Service, but all I got were automated messages making excuses for the delay. They said they couldn't deliver the package to my office, which is open late, even though that's not true. And they haven't answered any of my direct questions in my emails.
