Not fair to say lovely products but if I share my personal experience of using sandals and causal walking shoes ,price wise this is not exactly that what is charged for .I have many running shoes from different t world class know brands but this class from Ryka still need to improve their quality especially upper materials I am not expert but this is what I feel when use it
Astrid Sneaker in black with lace Though this is very comfortable from bottom sole and cushion but something is missing whatever material used super side said faux leather but I did not convinced myself for its best valuation as this pair deserved Probably said reason is my concern.Perfect pair of comfortable wide shoes
I just bought a new pair of shoes from this store because my feet are kind of special - they're small, wide, and have a high arch. It's been a real challenge for me to find shoes that fit right and give me the support I need for my daily walks. But this store had the perfect pair that checked all my boxes. These shoes are not only wide enough to keep my big toe from sticking out, but they're also super comfy and supportive. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I definitely think this store is worth checking out if you've got tricky feet like me.
2 shoes
I bought two shoes from this store and let me tell you, it was a total disaster! They charged me twice for the same pair of shoes, once before taxes and then the full price with taxes added. I mean, seriously, what's up with that?! So I called their customer service and the first person I spoke with had no clue why it happened. Finally, this guy named Wendell, who I think is the manager, got on the line and was so rude. He just kept cutting me off and wouldn't even let me explain. Like, why would they have someone like him in charge? It's just not cool, man!
My shoe fell apart super fast
My shoes completely fell apart after just one month of wearing them! I reached out to customer service, but they didn't really help me out. So now, I have to start saving up to buy some new shoes from another brand. It's a bummer because those shoes were actually pretty comfy.
Pair of boots
Don't buy from this company! I ordered some boots for my daughter as a gift and it took them 12 whole days just to ship the darn things. I tried to cancel and get a refund since they weren't gonna make it in time for her visit and birthday, but they didn't get back to me until after the boots were already on their way. And now they're final sale with no returns or refunds, even though they didn't say that when I bought them. Terrible customer service and shady stuff going on.
Running shoes
I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I got when I tried to return my running shoes. They weren't very nice or helpful, and it took forever to get everything sorted out. Even after I sent the shoes back with the return label they provided, it still took way too long for the return to go through. When I reached out to ask about it, they told me it could take 3 to 4 weeks to get my money back. That's just way too long to wait. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend this company or their products based on how things went down with my return.
Multiple Ryka shoe purchases
I've been buying shoes from this brand for years now, got more than 20 pairs already. But my most recent order, which I placed over a month ago, still hasn't come in. I was really looking forward to giving them to my spouse as a Christmas present, so it's kind of stressful. I've always loved Ryka shoes for their quality and comfort, but this delivery delay has let me down.
Online shoe purchase
I did some digging on women's walking shoes and found this one brand that caught my eye. So, I decided to try them on and man, what a letdown. They felt like they were designed for people with big or wide heels, not for someone with European feet like mine. It got me thinking, are they connected to another well-known brand? 'Cause I had the same problem with that one too. My advice? If you've got perfect feet, just stick with popular brands like Nike, Reebok, or New Balance and steer clear of this brand. Trust me, it's not worth it.
