safe amp chic
I learned about this website from my best friend who loves to shop here. But I did come on to look at reviews as this store is new to me. I saw that there are some negative reviews, so I just made sure to buy things I know I like and do not need to worry about the return process or obstacles. I also asked for signature confirmation, as I do occasionally have issues receiving my mail. So making a few adjustments on my end to avoid any issues.
I had a good experience overall
I loved the samples and it was pretty fast shipping. I will purchase new items from the companies who have free returns, there are 2 that I know of. But this site has the best sales and gifts so I will shop here when I know I dont need to return. But I do love the other stores with the free easy returns too! So it is nice to have a few stores to shop with.

They are very cautious about what they are selling and have done huge research to make sure the product is of utmost quality and safety.

My time shopping at Safe & Chic was okay. They had all the usual beauty products you'd find at any store, nothing super special. The shopping part was easy, but nothing really grabbed my attention to make me want to go back. They didn't have any special deals or cool products that really excited me. The delivery was fine, not the fastest but it came within a decent amount of time. Overall, it was just an average experience for me.
Great prices, fast shipping, reliable
I just got some makeup and skincare products from this bomb place called Safe & Chic and let me tell you, it was legit amazing! They seriously had everything I needed all in one spot, which was super clutch 'cause I didn't have to run around town looking everywhere. The prices were so bomb, I almost couldn't believe it! And get this, the shipping was crazy fast, I didn't have to wait forever to get my stuff.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
This company does not follow their own written return policy! I returned a concealer the very same day it was delivered as I could visibly see that the shade was not a match for me without even trying the product.
For the record, it was a powder concealer in a plastic transparent case, no need to open to see or test the color.
I then boxed it as it came and wrapped it back up in the cheap, white tissue paper they sent it in along with their bag of testers in the same box and paid to have it shipped back following the requirements set forth in their return policy.
I then get a gift card notification instead of the full refund and ask for the refund to be issued on my credit card via email.
The representative then said it was “damaged in transit” and was therefore “not resellable”, even though I sent it back unused, in new condition, in the same box and wrapping it came in!!!
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told by the same rep that “the manager said it isn’t resellable and that I can’t receive a refund”.
DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! They do not follow their own policies, and their customer service is poor. If this was Sephora or Ulta, this wouldn’t even be up for debate. Save your money and shop at a fair, honest store that will not come up with excuses that can’t be proven to cover them from issuing refunds to honest consumers!Blume Meltdown Acne Oil
