Halloween shirt
I ordered from them once and inadvertently started a subscription to their VIP program at $14.95/month. Yikes! I hadn't noticed the recurring charge for several months. I called and explained that I had not intended to sign up and had not used the VIP program. They refunded all payments in full in 2 days! Great customer service. I will buy from them again but will be mindful of the VIP program signup.
Pajamas, dress, robe
Even though some of my items in my order didn't work out, shipping and service were great. The return to my credit card happened within 2 weeks. I don't understand other negative comments because I felt I had great service.
Pajama pants
I received the pajama pants today in the mail. They are so comfortable and they fit well. Will order again. Thank You
Long stories short: Sage has lousy customer service, late deliveries (if at all), and no way to resolve issues.
Well, day 15, and several emails about my order unanswered! I finally got in touch with them by phone after several attempts. The girl was very nice, but informed me my building and apartment number did not match the address on my credit card. Come to find out, it just had to be abbreviated when I ordered, nobody contacted me about the issue, so my item was never shipped! Paid for, but if I didn’t call them I would never receive said item!!
Said I’d get it in a week!

Not a good way to do business!Sneakers
Email 4 weeks ago stated product for return was received. Requested an exchange for a larger size of the Kelly green sneakers. Still no communication from sage finds. Responded back to email they sent and now told email address no longer exists. Will never order from them again. Extremely poor customer service.
Summer blazer/jacket
The Jacket finally arrived but the size was too big. I filled out the return label asking for an exchange one size smaller. Instead they credited my account with the purchase price less return shipping charges and no other jacket!
Not what I call customer service!Dog beds
Wow-what a horrible ordering experience from sagefinds.com. I purchase two dogs' beds 75.00 and when they finally arrived they were not at all what I expected. I immediately paid to return them via USPS priority mail. They were received in 4 days (I have proof) but no refund was ever issued to me. I emailed customer service several times only to get a canned response that they had issued my refund. Once I turned them into the BBB I get a response saying my bank rejected the refund and that they were mailing me a paper check. Well 2 months later and I still do not have the funds. How does this company stay in business with such horrible customer service.

Never got shirt. Never processed credit card. Never would answer their phone # that I was told to call from an email from them.
Garnet and onyx ring
Loved the product I ordered, but the order was placed on July 13, 2021 and still has not arrived. Plus each time I called Customer Service an attempt to charge my card an additional $1256.00 was made not impressed. Had to cancel my card and report fraud on my card. Again I have yet to receive my order.

My fear is by the time she receives it she will be in college and might not need it anymore this company is terrible do not buy from them do not order or sign up for the vip program they do not answer the phone they do not call you back there is no way to get a rep on the phone I hope this helps any one before they get ripped off listen my advice call a company like your a client with a problem before you order from them then you will know who they truly areChristmas sweater
I bought a sweater for my mom for Christmas and now I see, 5 months later, that they've been charging me $16.30 a month for their VIP service!!!! Unacceptable. I would never knowingly have signed up for such a scam!
chair cushions
The cushions arrived, but they didn't fit my dining room chairs. So I returned them via SageFinds preferred method. It took a long time for SageFinds to "receive" the returned package and longer for them to "refund" my payment. For a purchase of two chair cushions at $46, I finally received a credit on my credit card for $27. I will not order from SageFinds again.
swimsuit
ordered early July. Still haven't received purchase. First time I tried to cancel order after contacting SageFinds and hearing that the product could take 3 to 4 weeks to be shipped, SageFinds would not allow me to cancel. A week ago, I received an email from SageFinds telling me that I am now allowed to cancel the order. So, I try to cancel order only to receive a boilerplate email response that says the same thing it did the first time I tried to cancel....am not allowed to cancel!! Is this site legit or is it a scam?
Raised garden
I have called - no answer and emailed 4 times to find the status of my order, but I never got a response. I ordered on 5/14 and it was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. The customer service is a disaster! I needed to put something for delivery, so I gave 3 stars although I never received anything.
This company has had my cell phone email account tied up for several weeks and I can not receive any email! i never heard of this company and after this experience, I doubt I will ever purchase anything from them! If the front office sees this, PLEASE remove your Ad from my cell phone!
