Runway Maxi dress
The variety of styles at Saint+Sofia is so impressive! I recently had a great time shopping for the Runway Maxi dress and let me tell you, it looks amazing. The shape of the dress is super flattering and the fabric is just so soft. I like how I can switch it up by wearing it with sneakers or a cool leather biker jacket. Browsing through the website was a breeze, which made my shopping experience even better. Their customer service was excellent too - they answered all my questions quickly. And my order arrived in no time, all in perfect condition. Overall, my first shopping experience with Saint+Sofia was absolutely fantastic.
Lightweight and stylish handbag with outside pocket for travel card
This handbag is just what I needed to swap out my bulky leather one. I was really looking for something with an outside pocket for my travel card, and this bag has that plus more. The design is super unique and stylish, and it's just the right size for all my stuff. I'm really pleased with this purchase!
Hoodies
I had a good experience shopping at this online store. The only issue was that my order took a while to arrive and I got a feedback request before receiving my items. But, the hoodies were amazing and even better than I expected. They're super nice and made of really good materials. I bought one for me and one for my daughter, and we both really like them. I wanted a pink one originally, but it was sold out. The customer service team said they'd email me when it's back, so I'm looking forward to that message.
Black apartment pants in size 12
I usually don't write reviews, but I just had to share how great my experience was with this company. Ordering was super easy and quick. They processed and shipped my order so fast, and they kept me updated with emails. The black pants I got in a size 12 fit me perfectly - the length and overall fit are spot on. They're not only comfy, but they look really stylish too. I'm so pleased with my purchase!
Three clothing items
The clothes I bought were really nice, made of soft materials that felt super comfy. But I had trouble with the sizes because it was my first time shopping at that store. I had to return two items for a smaller size, which was kind of a pain. But I can't wait to wear my new clothes!
Wide-legged trousers in good quality material
These wide-legged pants are so beautiful! The fabric is really high quality and the fit is just right. I got my order the very next day like I asked, which was a nice surprise. This was my first time ordering from this site, but I'm definitely going to do it again. I'm already thinking about getting some other stuff to add to my closet soon.
Paisley scarf
I ordered a paisley scarf on August 8. They send you a DHL number which is useless because it always shows no details. I ordered one item from them in the past, same story with the shipping. This is my last order with this company.
Greenwich Dress
Bought 3 versions of this dress. Delivery took forever. One version was sent in the wrong size. Fabric thin and cheap looking and already looked trashed. Fit was bizarre and unflattering. For these reasons, I wanted to return. They make this almost impossible. The website kept pushing me to exchange. Customer service finally said they would refund my $$ but I then discovered Saint and Sofia deducts $20 from your refund to cover the cost of their mailing label--for a package going from my house inside the USA to a warehouse inside the USA. Plus, I had to email them when I'd mailed the packages to let them know that I'd sent items back. This doesn't give me a lot of confidence that I'll actually see a refund. I bought 3 items. All were very shoddy and poorly made or the wrong size AND NOW I'M OUT $60 FOR NOTHING. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
GWEN DRESS
Cheap fabric.Dress was basically a t shirt with a frill. Not worth £79. Refunds extremely difficult and expensive. Tried to make me exchange and only issued a refund on insistance. I would not buy again from this company.
Skirt
As of the end of Oct 2021, no returns possible: For most of the month of October 2021, no one has ever answered the customer service phone line--or my emails. And you can't make a return without contacting them for an address. And you need to do that within 2 weeks for a refund.
The company replied to my 10/21 review (though not to my 10/16 or 10/20 emails to customer service or any of the phone calls I’ve made to customer service since early in the month) telling me to call them and that I’d get my refund after returning my item…to an address I need to request from their customer service department over the phone or via email… You’ve got to be kidding me, Saint and Sofia. These are not cheaply priced items. I expected them to measure up. But S+S must put a lot of our $$ towards their photography because they look great online but in reality...not so much. Clothing is made from super cheap fabric; the dress was so scratchy I can't put it against my skin, and the blazer, while running close to the look in the marketing photo, is made of ... fabric. I tried to return the dress, with all the mischegoss that's already been mentioned in other peeps' reviews. Gave up and figured, this was an expensive le$$on, to $TOP $HOPPING $TUFF THAT APPEARS ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE!!!!!
pants and blazer
All around a bad business. Not only are the cloths cheaply made for the price, the return/exchange policy is terrible. They will do anything NOT to give you a legitimate refund.
Greenwich Rock and Roll dress
Arrived crumpled and creased. Foil logo looked cheap and like it would peel off after one wash. Looked nothing like the photos - which showed a waisted maxi dress. I am standard 5’4” and the ‘waist’ sat under the bust - empire line style, and the length was a midi - not a maxi. Shape was odd and very unflattering. Tried to return for a refund as it was not as described but they refused to pay return postage as ‘no other customers had complained’. Cheap looking dress worth max £15 rather than the £64 (reduced from £100!) being charged My first and last order with them.
Two pairs of pants/Couldn't be worse
All of the reviews above, on steroids. Never buy from this place! It's so bad, it has to be a scam.
Chelsea pant in navy
One star: Don’t buy these pants. The material is cheap and for all the volume of them they don’t have pockets. The waistband is droopy and the buttons are loose. They pretend like they will give you a refund but shipping it back will cost more than the pants ever did.
Finsbury snd Apartment pant.
As said already the pictures are way better than the reality. It's like a really bad internet date. My items were ordered in Dec. When they never arrived I emailed abd got an apologetic response. Replacements would be sent. Seemed fine to that paint but replacements never arrived. I sent several more emails and placed several more phone calls. Never got another response again. Then finally my order arrived in April. Four months after purchase. And the clothing is so hideous and nowhere near what the pictures imply. Cheap fabric poor structure. They look cute from the front horrible from the back. I already read the reviews about how hard it is to get a refund or an exchange so I have donated them. $200 bu kid for nothing.
Oops. Tons of typos but you get the idea of my review. Not a company I'd suggest doing business with ever.
Pimlico pants
These pants were SO BEAUTIFUL. Then I washed them and they shrunk SO MUCH they no longer fit, WITHOUT putting them in the dryer. VERY disappointing as it's hard to find clothing that fits my tall daughter. If you buy these pants, buy 2 sizes larger and then just wash them, air dry them and BAM.... you'll be ALL GOOD !

AWFUL is enough
They said they delivered my package but they didn’t. I’ve been reaching out to their customer service email but it just bounces back to me. I’ve clearly been scammed but plan to take it all the way.
I’m having exactly the same problem. What do you mean by saying you are going to take it all the way? I’m so angry!!
Finsbury pant
Ordered the Finsbury pant during lockdown. When it arrived it was terrible material and seemed very cheap. I definitely think there is a disconnect between marketing and actual quality of product. Have never ever had to try and get my refund back as much as I did with this lot. Kept pushing the problem back on me, saying my bank (who have always been amazing) had taken payment but not put into my account, which is ludicrous. After about 4-5 email conversations, the last being a very angry one, they tell me I need proof from my bank that I haven’t received payment?!? Just as I am about to send this they refund. Go figure. Don’t buy from them, you’ll regret it. Very strange set up.
I ORDERED A ROCK AND ROLL SCARF FROM THIS COMPANY OVER A MONTH AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. THEY KEEP GIVING ME A TRACKING NUMBER THAT DOES NOT EXIST. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Pants, sweater
Nothing positive
Product was promised in a certain time. Was not delivered, then I called spoke to two different associates promised another date - promised 2nd day air- not done came over 3 weeks after promised. Poor Customer Service Support
And by the way in your rating it will not allow to give one star - you have to give 2 or it will not send!
my review above ditched my colorful description of the awful fabric S+S uses. So let's just leave it at AWFUL.
