Slightly disappointed due to less cooperation from back up service where my request didn't consider to make delivery earlier I was ready to pay for that bit anyhow Don't take it like my complain ,just fine.Evina Combat Boots
I'm so excited about my new combat boots - they are seriously amazing! I found them on the website and the ordering process was a breeze. Plus, they arrived really quickly. The boots fit like a dream and are unbelievably comfortable. I always find such great shoes on this site!
Boots never arrived
I bought some boots from this website once, and man, what a mistake that was. They never showed up, and no matter how many times I tried to reach out to them, I never heard back. Now I know better - don't trust this sketchy site. I'd advise anyone thinking about buying from here to rethink their decision.
First-time purchase
My time at this store was a letdown. I made my initial order, only for it to get axed because of a billing problem. Irritated, I figured I'd try again and placed a second order, but it seemed to disappear into thin air. The customer service folks blamed Covid limited hours, even though that's old news. That excuse just doesn't cut it for their sloppy work and lack of professionalism. All in all, I was left with a bad feeling and won't be shopping there again.
Used shoes received
I just got these shoes online, and man, they were total garbage! Like, they were supposed to be brand new but they looked super used. You could see scuff marks on the bottom, and they were all stretched out like someone else had been wearing them. It was so messed up! I felt really disrespected and grossed out by the brand for trying to pull a fast one on us customers. Save yourself the headache and don't buy their shoes online - go to a legit store like Nordstrom instead.
GABRIELA WOVEN SLIDE SANDAL from Macy's
I bought some sandals from Macy's and when I tried them on, I realized the right one was wider than the left. I contacted the manufacturer about it, but they basically told me they couldn't help since I didn't buy the sandals directly from them. They suggested I talk to Macy's instead, but that wasn't helpful at all and just made me more frustrated. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't back up their products, especially when it's a quality problem like this.
