One latest purchase ,great product though material nylon is same normally made This backpack is very special for me My first backpack from Samsonite More then four suitcase I have of Samsonite Even one is with since 1997 Still going great and looks like new

I bought the hardcase "lite" series luggage not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it overall. The design and how it works fits perfectly with what I need. But, I did run into a problem with the warranty stuff. Even though they said it was a lifetime warranty, when I tried to get it fixed at the store without the receipt, they wouldn't cover it. It was pretty annoying and disappointing, especially since I had to fix it up on my own.
Suitcases and backpacks
I got this really cool suitcase and backpack from here - so awesome! The backpack has seriously lasted forever and the suitcase was pretty great too, except for a few little breaks. When I needed spare parts, they sent them super fast and they fit perfectly. Best customer service I've ever experienced!
Wheel replacement experience
I was actually pleasantly surprised by the reviews for Samsonite, but I gotta say my own experience was great. My suitcase had a messed up wheel, so I shot them a message on Facebook. They sent me a replacement wheel for free, no questions asked. Their service was just fantastic!
Repairing non-guaranteed suitcase
I had this old suitcase that I bought from your store without a warranty and the zipper was busted, so I took it to your place to get it fixed. The whole experience was kind of a bummer, to be honest. They asked me for the receipt, even though I was cool with paying for the repair since it was out of warranty anyway. I showed them the receipt like they wanted, and then they told me they didn't have the right zipper for it, even though the suitcase was only 8 years old and still in good shape. I ended up having to buy a new suitcase because they couldn't fix it, and it feels like a waste since Samsonite doesn't really focus on repairs. So, I think I'm gonna look for a different brand next time I need luggage.
Luggage purchase
I got this suitcase and it was a complete disaster! They were going on about needing an access code that I didn't have, and then they claimed it got sent to some dude named Johny, but that ain't even my name! I got scammed out of almost 300 bucks!
Luggage zipper issue
I brought in my suitcase because the zipper was acting up, and let me tell you, the staff there was so nice and professional. They fixed the problem in no time and I couldn't be happier with the service. A big thank you to the whole team for taking care of me and my luggage!
Expensive and Lifetime Warranty not honored
My experience with the luggage I got from Samsonite was a letdown. Even though they're known for making top-notch stuff, the wheels and zippers on my suitcase weren't covered by the lifetime warranty like they said. It pretty much made the warranty useless for me, and it feels like I threw away my money on something that was way too expensive. Next time, I'll go for cheaper luggage that I can switch out more often without going broke.
S-cure spinning large model suitcases
The suitcases nowadays are not as good as they used to be. The ones I ordered online are flimsy and overpriced, probably because they're made with more eco-friendly materials that just don't last like the ones they used 20 years ago. My old Samsonite suitcases held up for two decades, going through numerous travels, but these new ones are falling apart after just two trips. I wish I had gone with another brand. There aren't any stores in Gent that sell Samsonite anymore. Stay away from suitcases with zippers, they're even worse quality.
My new roller suitcase
I just bought this new roller suitcase for $420. And guess what, when I was checking in my big suitcase at the airport, my little one took a tumble right by the counter and got all scratched up. I couldn't believe the paint came off so easily after spending so much money on it! They claim these suitcases are indestructible, but one little fall and boom, the color's gone and there are light spots all over???
Broken hook for bag
I had a bag with a broken hook, so I tried to get a replacement. But let me tell you, reaching customer service was a nightmare. I had to sign up just to get in touch with them. After several emails, they finally told me they couldn't send me a replacement. So, I guess I'll just go ahead and order one from Amazon. Pretty bummed out about the way they handle their customers, to be honest.
Suitcase purchase
I thought I could trust ordering a nice new suitcase. But man, the delivery was a mess! The courier kept changing the delivery times and never even showed up! And to top it off, Samsonite didn't even bother to apologize or try to make it right. So not cool, dude.
Leather backpack purchase
I got this leather backpack about a year ago, but after using it for just six months, I saw that the leather was already starting to wear out. I couldn't believe it - the materials in this bag were not holding up well at all, especially for how much I shelled out for it. So, I took it to the service center, thinking they'd either fix it up or give me a new one. But nope, they said the damage wasn't because of a defect in the making. How can they not see that the leather falling apart in just half a year is a big issue with the product?
Expensive suitcase purchase
I bought this fancy suitcase at a store not too long ago. When I took a trip in February, the zipper ended up getting messed up. I've been trying to get the airline to fix it ever since, but Samsonite says it's beyond repair and won't give me any kind of compensation, not even a discount on a future purchase. Their customer service has really let me down. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store.
Proxis Spinner in July 2022
I bought a Proxis Spinner back in July 2022. After only using it twice, the lock got stuck. I tried all the solutions the company suggested, but the problem didn't go away. To make matters worse, Indian customs had to cut the tags on my luggage because I couldn't open it, which was super frustrating. Trying to reach customer service was a nightmare - it felt impossible to talk to anyone from the company. Even after registering my bag, sending in my receipt with the designated password, nothing seemed to work. It wasn't until I got back home that Samsonite was able to fix my case.
D-Lite 76cm suitcase
I decided to get the D-Lite 76cm suitcase even though I was told to get a different one. Turns out, the quality wasn't great and the handle ended up hurting my hand after just one trip. Dealing with trying to get it fixed was also a pain. Then, a year later, the button stopped working properly. I'm pretty bummed about how the quality has gone downhill and definitely won't be buying from them again.
