    Recent clothing purchase

    I recently bought some clothes from this store and it was kind of a letdown. The sizes of the stuff I got were all wrong, so some things didn't fit like they should have. But I gotta give them credit for giving me some money back for the stuff I ended up keeping, and they're gonna give me a full refund for the one I didn't want. The customer service on WhatsApp was really good though - those folks were super nice, helped me out, and took care of all my issues right away.

    When I first started using this service, I gotta admit I was a bit skeptical. But man, was I pleasantly surprised by how professional and efficient they were!     Downloaded app, excited like my sister's TikToks

    I downloaded the app because my mom is always raving about all the cool stuff she finds on there. But once I started using it, I couldn't find anything fun like she does! Am I doing something wrong? Do I need to do something special to see all the awesome stuff? Can you help me out? I want to be able to buy cool stuff like my mom does. Otherwise, I'll just stick with Amazon!

    Gift order mishap

    I had a big order over $170 not too long ago and unfortunately, there was a mix-up with the delivery. Most of my stuff arrived fine, but the most important package went missing. I reached out to customer service on December 18th and they said they'd take care of it, but I still haven't heard anything back about getting a replacement or refund as of January 4th. It's really disappointing that they haven't followed up, especially since they admitted they messed up. On top of that, one of the football shirts I got was the wrong size, and they haven't even acknowledged my request to exchange it for the right one. The customer service I've dealt with in this situation is hands down the worst I've ever seen.

    Color change request, refund issue

    I tried to change the color of something I bought, but getting a refund is turning into a real puzzle! I've been waiting in this chat line forever, and nobody has assisted me yet. How do I even know if my refund is in progress? There's no information on it anywhere! Why does this have to be so difficult? 😩

    I really suggest taking a look at reviews and photos in the chat before buying stuff. The things I got were really good quality and pretty much just like the real deal, except for the tags inside. The only thing is that the delivery can take a while, so you gotta be patient. But even with that, I was happy with what I bought and already ordered some more.

    Overseas shopping experience

    The app is awesome and the shipping is really quick compared to others. But man, that shipping partner, Evri/Hermes, has been giving me some serious headaches with my last three orders. They just haven't been showing up and it's super annoying. It's not the app's fault, it's just that Evri's service is so unreliable. Customer service said they would resend one of my orders, but I still have two more that I'm waiting on.
