    High-Quality, Functional Accessories

    I am a long-time customer of Satechi and have always been impressed by the quality and functionality of their products. From their USB-C hubs to their wireless chargers, I have found every product to be well-designed and durable.

    One of my favorite Satechi products is their USB-C hub, which has made it incredibly convenient for me to connect all of my peripherals to my laptop. The hub has a variety of ports, including HDMI, USB-C PD, and USB-A, and I love that it is small and portable, making it perfect for travel.

    Another product that I have been using for a while is their wireless charger. It charges my phone quickly and efficiently and I love the sleek design.

    Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with Satechi's products and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for high-quality, functional accessories.

    Backlit keyboard purchase

    I got this lit-up keyboard online and man, it was awesome! Made typing in the dark feel like I was some spy or whatever. But then, after a few months, it just crapped out on me! I was like, "Seriously, keyboard? I thought we were tight!" Luckily, the support team was on it and super friendly. They hooked me up with a new one without making me send back the busted one. Support was amazing, product was cool, just not sure about the quality.

    I just bought this Type-C USB hub that was supposed to be made of aluminum, but when I got it, it was actually plastic. I was super bummed because the construction was pretty bad - the parts started coming apart the very first time I used it.

    I ordered this pricey hub adapter that I really needed right away. I ended up paying more for expedited shipping, but it still arrived a whole week late through regular mail. So frustrating!     Bluetooth headphones

    Let me tell you about the nightmare I went through trying to get customer service from this company. I sent a bunch of emails asking about these terrible Bluetooth headphones I got, but didn't hear a peep back. I even left voicemails, but no one bothered to give me a ring. Dealing with a company like that is super frustrating - they clearly don't care about us customers. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, that's for sure.

    Replacement key cap denied

    I had a little problem with a product from this company not too long ago. A tiny part broke, so I contacted customer service to try and get a replacement piece. But they wouldn't budge! They wanted me to buy a whole new product instead of just giving me the part I needed. I think it's totally unfair to us customers and it's just creating more waste. It's really annoying to see a company put their bottom line above keeping their customers happy and caring for the environment.

    Wireless Earbuds

    Hey guys, I just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with this company. Their customer service is seriously lacking - they take forever to respond and when they finally do, they're not much help at all. To top it off, my package was just left out in the open on a busy street by the delivery person. When I tried reaching out for help, they basically ignored me. Long story short, I won't be shopping with them again and would recommend you steer clear too.

    Slim W1 Wired USB-C Backlit Keyboard

    I just bought this Slim W1 Wired USB-C Backlit Keyboard, and I gotta tell you, I'm pretty bummed about the quality. It's been acting up, like when I type a key once and it ends up repeating itself. It's like the keys aren't working right, which is super annoying for any keyboard these days, you know? I mean, keyboards have been around forever, so it's weird that a company would mess up something so basic in 2023.

    Overseas purchase experience

    I had a bad experience with this company. They told me the wrong info about taxes on my purchase and shipping it abroad. To top it off, my product got lost in the mail, and even after I sent a bunch of emails, they wouldn't give me a refund for the product or the lost item. So now I'm out a hundred bucks. Their customer service was terrible, and it's obvious their policies don't care about us customers.

    Defective wireless keyboard

    I ordered a wireless keyboard from a third-party seller, and it turned out to be defective. I reached out to customer support, but they gave me the runaround. They made me go through all these hoops only to end up disappointed in the end. They promised to send a replacement, but then backed out on that promise. It was a really disappointing experience overall.

    HDD enclosure in Space Grey

    So, I picked up this HDD enclosure in Space Grey from y'all recently, but man, let me tell you, I was really bummed out by the color situation. The one I got was more on the Silver side, way lighter than what I had in mind. I even hit up your customer service peeps and sent them pics to show the color difference, but they were all like "nah, it's the right color." That got me so frustrated because the wrong color just didn't work for me at all. I had to send it back to the store and now I'm on the hunt for another brand that can get the color right. Dealing with customer support was pretty disappointing, so I probably won't be shopping with y'all again in the future.

    Bluetooth numeric keypad purchase

    I just bought a Bluetooth numeric keypad from this company because I wanted to use it with my Apple magic keyboard. But when I tried to connect them, I found out they weren't compatible. I contacted customer support for help, but all they did was apologize for the trouble. I was hoping for some options on returning or getting a refund for the product, so I was pretty disappointed.
