I've been a customer of this company for more than ten years now, and people keep on complimenting me on the gorgeous jewelry I get from them. I've not just bought stuff for myself, but also got gifts for my friends and family, who now love the company too. I had a problem with one of my items recently, and I contacted customer service for some help. Even though they are a smaller company, they managed to sort out the issue for me really fast, and I was super grateful for that. Their focus on the little things and their awesome craftsmanship always make me want to buy more of their wonderful pieces.
Dainty, meaningful jewelry
I just got some adorable jewelry that really speaks to me from a cute little shop in NYC, and let me tell you, I am super impressed. These pieces are just gorgeous and have a cool style that I haven't found anywhere else. The branding is spot-on, giving off a trendy and classy feel. I love how each piece feels unique and adds a bit of sophistication to my outfits. The quality is outstanding, and I love the small details in the design. All in all, I'm thrilled with my purchase and definitely suggest taking a peek at their stuff.
Bracelet from sale
I bought a bracelet on sale at this store not too long ago and I have to say, I was really let down by how it turned out. After only two weeks, the bracelet changed colors and even lost a stone. When I contacted customer service about it, they pretty much brushed me off and blamed it on the fact that I bought it on sale. It was really disappointing to be treated that way by a store I've been shopping at faithfully for so long.
Necklace purchase
I recently bought a necklace online and man, was I bummed when I got it in the mail. It was total false advertising - the quality was nowhere near what it looked like in the pic on the website. It was super cheap and looked like it was slapped together in a hurry. Plus, the price was way higher than what it was worth. When I tried to return it, they hit me with the exchange-only policy, which was already a hassle. But to add insult to injury, I had to pay to ship it back and then fork over more cash for the new item. In the end, I spent way more than I should have on some basic stud earrings that weren't even the right size. And don't even get me started on the terrible quality - the backings kept falling off! It was a nightmare and you bet I won't be shopping there ever again.
Recent jewelry purchase
The jewelry I got not too long ago is amazing and the quality is really great. But when I needed to exchange or return something, the customer service was terrible. It was so frustrating not to get any help when I needed it. Good customer service is really important to me, and this experience just wasn't up to par. I'll be going somewhere else that actually appreciates my business.
Beautiful shiny jewelry
I just got this gorgeous necklace from here and it is so sparkly and shiny! The customer service is seriously the best, they helped me choose the perfect one and even shared the stories behind the jewelry. Let me tell you, this necklace is the ultimate gift! It's stunning and magical, like wearing a little piece of enchantment. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!

Man, that jewelry store is awesome! They've got the most beautiful jewelry, and the folks who work there are really nice. I had an issue with my earrings, but they were so helpful and made sure I was satisfied. I'll definitely be shopping there again, no question!
Jewelry purchase disappointment
I treated myself to some fancy jewelry not too long ago, thinking I'd get top-of-the-line stuff that would never go out of style. But man, was I let down by this brand. The jewelry I got was all tarnished, looking weirdly colored, and some pieces were even busted when they arrived. It's a major bummer dropping a lot of cash on supposedly swanky items only to wind up with low-quality junk. I've had cheaper stuff from places like Lucky Brand that's held up way better over time, proving that just because something's pricey doesn't mean it's gonna be top-notch.
Recent purchase experience
I wanted to share that I recently bought something, and man, I was so let down. The product wasn't great and the customer service was just meh. If only I had known about all this before I bought it, I wouldn't feel like I totally wasted my money.
Necklace purchase
I just bought a necklace from this store for $119 and then I saw the exact same one on a popular online retailer for only $18.99! I was completely shocked and disappointed by the huge price gap. I always expect fair prices as a customer, and this situation made me feel like I was being ripped off. I haven't gotten the necklace yet, but I plan on returning it as soon as it comes in.
Bracelet purchase
I just bought a bracelet from this company and man, was I bummed out with what I got. They said it had a specific feature, but it totally didn't match the description once it arrived. The quality was meh and definitely not worth what I shelled out for it. When I tried to talk to customer service about my disappointment, they were pretty cold and didn't seem to get where I was coming from. They mentioned their return policy, but never gave me the info I needed to actually send it back. Overall, dealing with this company was a headache and I'd recommend folks to think twice before buying from them.
Gold bracelet with moonstone
This company seriously needs to step up their customer service game. I just got this gorgeous gold bracelet with moonstone, but it came in a bit messed up. So, I hit them up to fix it, but heard crickets. They've made swapping out the damaged goods a real pain, and that's not cool. My people, I'd recommend steering clear of this place. Their customer service is nonexistent.
Multiple pieces of jewelry
I recently bought a bunch of jewelry from this store when they were having a sale. I gotta say, I was really disappointed with what I got. The crystals, gems, and gold all looked kinda boring and dull, definitely not as sparkly as they seemed in the pictures online. It looks like those photos were probably edited a lot to make the jewelry look better. On top of that, the packaging was pretty cheap - everything came in these little plastic bags instead of nice boxes like I was expecting. It made it hard for me to give the jewelry to my sister like I had planned. Overall, I was just not impressed with the whole buying experience.
