The website is a pain to use, especially when trying to find stuff in the 5 set bundle. My order got the thumbs up, then out of nowhere got the boot, so now I'm feeling pretty peeved. I finally came across some things I really like on the site after months, so here's hoping this time I actually get my order without any more drama. Also, I keep getting locked out of my account and got hit with a charge for credit on a month I wanted to skip, which I had to fight. Even though I got some credits to burn, every time I try to use them for an order, it goes from a sure thing to a bust. Fingers crossed that this order actually goes smoothly.
