Double delivery issue
I had a little problem with my order from here the other day. I only bought one thing, but they sent me two and charged me for both. Luckily, Nicola and the team were on top of it right away and fixed it up for me. It's nice to see a company that cares about their customers and works hard to fix any issues that come up. I'll definitely be coming back here in the future.

It's been more than a week since I placed my order and I still haven't received any updates. I've been trying to reach out to customer service through email, but I haven't heard back from them. This website is really disappointing, I wouldn't feel comfortable using them again.
