    I was really happy with how well this company communicated with me and took care of me as a customer. I live in South Carolina, so I was a little worried about ordering from a company outside the U.S., but everything went really smoothly. My order came earlier than I thought it would, all thanks to FedEx. The dress I bought was even prettier in real life and really good quality. I'll definitely be buying from them again.

    Even though there was a mix-up with the spelling of my name that caused a delay in getting my order, I was pretty happy with the stuff I got from this store.     Late delivery, wrong items, no customer service response

    I ordered a bunch of stuff, but it showed up late and two things were totally not what I ordered. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, but didn't hear anything back. When I tried to send the stuff back, I had to pay 10 euros for shipping. And then, the place I sent it to wouldn't take it, so it got sent back to me, and that cost me another 10 euros with DHL. DHL said it was Sefamerve's fault. I tried calling customer service, but no one could (or would) help, and they haven't even responded to my emails. Long story short, now I'm stuck with stuff I don't even want and wasted an extra 20 euros on top of what I originally spent. Super not cool. Learn from my mistake and don't order from them.

    I just bought something on March 17, and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with the service I got. Even though they supposedly shipped my order, I haven't seen any updates on the shipper's site for days now. This whole situation of waiting so long and not hearing anything back is just not cool. This is my first bad experience with this company, and I'm really not happy about it.

    I ordered something and paid for it, but the bank hasn't approved the transfer yet. I've been trying to contact someone for help, but no luck. I have no clue when my delivery will show up.     This website seriously sucks. It's full of scammers and thieves, treating people like garbage. My package went MIA for months, and they didn't even bother refunding me or explaining why. The employees are clueless. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this site - hands down one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

    Tracksuit Teal Missing

    I recently bought something from this company, but unfortunately, one of the tracksuits I ordered was missing from the package. I contacted customer service about the missing item, but they wouldn't give me a refund or send a replacement. They blamed the shipping company and said it wasn't their fault. This was really disappointing because I've shopped online from different countries and platforms before, and whenever something was missing or damaged, the seller would refund me or send a replacement right away without any problems. They always took care of contacting the shipping company themselves and never made me deal with it like Sefamerve did. I suggest not buying from this company because if something goes wrong with your order, you'll lose your money and won't get any help.

    So I bought something recently and haven't gotten it yet. It's been weeks since I ordered it, and it's still not here. The tracking info says it's been packed, but there hasn't been any progress since then. I'm getting worried about whether I'll ever get my stuff. I expect to get my order, like, on time. I'm frustrated not knowing when it'll show up. I ordered it way early thinking it would come within the estimated time, but there's obviously been a big delay. I need it by the end of this week.     I ordered something on this website not long ago and honestly, it hasn't been a great experience. It's been more than a month since I placed my order, and it's still showing as "being prepared" status. I've sent several emails trying to figure out what's going on with my package, but haven't heard anything back. It's pretty irritating that they don't have a customer service option through WhatsApp too.
