    Three bags - Mini Maestra, Midi Maestra, and Alunna

    I just bought three bags from them - the Mini Maestra, Midi Maestra, and Alunna. The delivery was super fast, and these bags are top quality. I've been using them for work, and they haven't even gotten a scratch on them. The craftsmanship and materials are amazing, and I am so happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future.

    Vegan bag from the Handbag Revival Sale

    I bought a vegan bag at the Handbag Revival Sale, thinking it was eco-friendly, but it turned out to be made of PU material. The ad was deceiving, and customer service wouldn't take it back even though it arrived defective. Even though influencers and celebs endorse this brand, my $500 was basically just thrown away.

    I recently bought a bag and two wallets from Senreve, but this time around, I wasn't too happy with the experience. I placed my order on December 8th, hoping to get the items in time for Christmas. Turns out, one of the wallets I ordered wasn't available in the color I wanted. They gave me some other options, but none of them really did it for me. I asked them to either send the wallet when it was back in stock or give me a refund, and that was on December 13th. Since then, I haven't gotten any updates on my order. I've tried reaching out through email and their website, but no one has gotten back to me. The fact that they're not communicating with me is really frustrating and disappointing.

    Replacement strap for Maestra bag

    I reached out to the company to get a new strap for my Maestra bag, and man, it's been a real letdown. The customer service guy, Cheng, was super slow in getting back to me and took forever to actually check out my request. It took a whole 2 months from the time I first contacted them to get the replacement strap, and when it finally showed up, it was totally the wrong color. Even though I double-checked the color with them! Now they want me to send back the incorrect strap before they'll send me the right one, adding even more time to the process. This whole thing has been a complete mess, and the service I got is definitely not what you'd expect from a fancy brand. I've got a bunch of bags from this company, but after this mess, I won't be buying from them again. Dealing with their customer service just isn't worth the hassle, even if the product quality is good.

    Mini barrel bag in pebbled cream gold

    Senreve's customer service has me feeling really frustrated. I ended up buying the mini barrel bag in pebbled cream gold but had to return it because it was too small. I then got the larger barrel bag in pebbled chestnut gold. Their policy says I should've gotten my money back within 10 business days of them getting my return, but it's been way longer than that and still no refund. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they've been ignoring all my emails. That kind of lack of communication is just not okay, so now I gotta ask PayPal for help to get my money back. Senreve's customer service is just a big letdown.
