    Outdoor Riviera barstools

    I just got myself 3 of those Riviera barstools for outdoors. They're white and they swivel, real nice. Buying them was easy, no hassle at all. But when they got delivered, one of the chairs was busted and not working right. I reached out to customer service, sent some pics by email like they asked. They got back to me quick and sorted out having the broken chair picked up from my place. Gotta say, I was impressed with how they handled it. I'd think about buying from them again down the line. Just so you know, I'm in Atlanta, and that might have played a part in my good experience.

    Over $100k of furniture

    I had such a terrible experience! I bought a bunch of furniture, spent a ton of money, and it was just mistake after mistake. The shipping and delivery was a total mess - they didn't even ask when was a good time to deliver, just showed up whenever. The quality of the stuff was awful, seems like they're getting too big too fast and not keeping up with quality control. I even tried to talk to the CEO, but got passed around to customer service with no resolution or even an apology for months. And then they sent me flowers as an apology, but didn't even check if I'd be home to get them. By the time I got there, they were dead on my doorstep. So ridiculous! They did end up giving me a bed frame, but never followed through on compensating me for all the time and energy I wasted. I don't want their crappy products or dead flowers - I'm taking my business elsewhere!

    Expensive side table purchase

    I just bought this fancy side table, but I haven't even opened it yet 'cause I've been so busy. And to top it off, I tried calling customer service for help, but couldn't get through to anyone. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and support, especially when it comes to customer service.

    Counter stools purchase

    I went all out and bought some counter stools that were supposedly "family friendly," thinking that meant they could handle some use. But man, was I mistaken. In just one day, they were already stained, and I learned the tough way that "family friendly" only meant they were resistant to water, not stains. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare - they were not clear at all, and I had to go through a lot just to get a straight answer. And let's not even talk about the shipping mess-ups... it took several tries just to get the delivery right. What a pain.

    Velvet sofa purchase

    The velvet couch I ordered from this company was supposed to come in three weeks, but it ended up taking nine weeks to get here. I get that things can get delayed, but it was super frustrating not hearing anything about it. I had to keep reaching out to customer service to get any updates, and every time I did, all they said was something about supply chain problems and Covid delays. As a customer, I think it's fair to get updates on any big changes to my order, especially when it's delayed that much. Overall, the couch is nice, but the customer service was lacking.

    I tried calling and emailing about my delivery, but that dang hold music was driving me nuts. I sat on hold for like 20 minutes and still didn't get through to anyone. I just want to know where the heck my stuff is! Ugh!

    So, I bought this rug and it's been a total disaster dealing with the customer service and delivery. I ordered the rug back on May 24th, and they said it would arrive by June 6th. But come June 12th, I hadn't heard anything about where my rug was or if there were any delays. I called the company up multiple times, and they tell me the new delivery date is July 6th. Pretty annoying, right? I talked to a manager to express my frustrations and to ask for some help, but nope, same thing happened when they replaced my order with something else that was in stock. The lack of communication and organization within this company is pretty concerning. So, I decided to cancel my order because I just can't rely on their service. My advice to anyone else looking to buy stuff, check out other companies, especially if you need things on time.

    Basket order for nursery

    I recently ordered two baskets for my nursery and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with what I got. The baskets were totally different colors - one was this gross green shade that looked terrible in my nursery. I sent an email to customer service right away, and all I got was some automatic reply saying they'd get back to me in 3-5 days. Well, a whole week went by and nothing. I even sent another email, but still nothing. Honestly, their customer service is just awful. Thank goodness I didn't buy any furniture from them for the nursery or I would've been super mad about having mismatched stuff.

    Beautiful wallpaper, black marks everywhere

    The wallpaper was so cute at first, had a sweet design and everything. But then I saw those dang black marks all over it, totally wrecked the whole vibe. Super bummed out cause it wasn't even well-made, couldn't even scrub it off right. And top it off, the company couldn't care less about us customers! Now I gotta drop more cash just to make it right. They can forget about me ever buying from them again!

    Watch out when ordering from this company because their shipping and delivery can be a mess. Even though they give you an idea of when things will arrive when you buy, they frequently can't get your items out on time. I had some issues with my counter stools order, which they said was in stock. I called twice, had them "escalate" the shipment, and still, three days later, the items hadn't been sent out. They didn't keep me in the loop and the online order info wasn't right. If you want your stuff quickly and clear communication, I'd recommend avoiding buying from this company.

    Outdoor wicker furniture

    I bought some outdoor wicker furniture from this store not too long ago, and man, I gotta say, the quality really let me down. I mean, it practically fell apart in no time and now I can't even use it. I shelled out a good amount of cash for that stuff, so I was really hoping for better quality.     Oh man, what a total nightmare! I ordered some wallpaper and when it showed up, it was all messed up with this strange coding all over it. I couldn't even use it, what a waste of $700. I was super bummed out with how poorly it was packaged and the overall quality of the product. Definitely not worth the money.
