    When we waiting for Christmas , obviously not that much zeal and happiness feeling due to disturbances in whole world
    Possible festival will also effected .So we as family decided to give good and memorable gifts to our dears around.Fact is they also not available since long time.But for rest Micro self stereo sets and Bonsai Type Bluetooth speakers I ordered with gift packing . Really appreciate ,great packing and nicely delivered.Very good collections.

    Printer power cord replacement

    My experience with Sharper Image was actually pretty nice. Our puppy decided to chew through the power cord of my husband's smartphone photo printer, so I reached out to customer service for assistance. The person I talked to was super friendly and got a replacement power cord sent out right away, no charge. I was really impressed with how well they took care of us and I'll definitely be shopping with them again in the future.

    Exercise machine

    I got a new exercise machine and I am absolutely loving it! It was so simple to put together, doesn't take up much space at all, and arrived in a great package. I use it constantly because it's right there in my sight and user-friendly. I can multitask while using it too - like reading, watching TV, or listening to music! The results are immediate and I can really feel it working my muscles. It's seriously the best!

    VR headset and cassette player/recorder

    So, I got this VR headset from here and I had trouble seeing the picture because of my reading glasses. At first, I almost returned it, but then I thought my boys and my husband could use it, so I decided to keep it. I also picked up this really cool cassette player/recorder that's perfect for transferring music and other stuff to a USB drive. I've only used it once, but it worked really well!

    Replacement ionizer wire

    I recently tried to order a new ionizer wire from this store, but they told me it won't be ready until late October. This wait has left me stuck with a worthless filter for the last three months, making my machine unusable. It's so frustrating not being able to use something I paid good money for just because they don't have a key part available. If they can't keep important parts in stock, they shouldn't be selling more units until they can meet the needs of their current customers. I'm really disappointed with this whole situation and will think twice before buying anything else from this store.

    Defective item return issue

    I just went through a really bad situation with this company that talks a big game about having great customer service but totally drops the ball. I bought something from them, and it turned out to be busted, so I tried to return it like their policy says. But get this - they sent me back the same broken thing not once, not twice, but three times! And now they're saying I can't even return it, even though we talked on the phone and they said I could. It's just crazy how they won't take responsibility and don't care about their customers. Can you believe that?

    Charging organizer for multiple devices

    The charging organizer for multiple devices is amazing. It's really helped me keep my desk tidy and stopped me from always having to search for cords that keep falling off the desk. I really like that it can hold a bunch of devices at the same time and keeps everything in one spot. It's a bit pricey, but the convenience and tidiness it brings are definitely worth the cost.

    Air purifier purchase

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I bought an air purifier and had a bunch of problems with it. When I tried to contact customer service for help, they weren't very useful and didn't respond to my questions. Also, the price of the product was kinda high compared to other ones out there. On top of all that, the delivery of the air purifier took way longer than I thought it would, which just made me even more frustrated with the whole situation.

    Misting fan purchase

    I recently bought a misting fan as a customer, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by how it performed. The fan was supposed to have some misting action, but it didn't work at all. Plus, it didn't even circulate air as well as a regular handheld fan. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, they hit me with a $70 shipping fee and a restocking fee. That just made me even more mad about the whole situation and now I'm definitely not a fan of this retailer's products.

    Monster Vision toy purchase

    As my son was looking through the catalog, he spotted this really cool Monster Vision toy and got super excited about it. I wasn't completely sold on it, but we ended up ordering it for his birthday anyway. Unfortunately, when the toy arrived, it was not as awesome as it had seemed in the catalog. The whole return process was a letdown too, with extra shipping costs that we hadn't counted on. It was a good learning experience for my son about not falling for misleading advertisements, but it definitely wasn't the birthday present we had in mind.

    Personal care item and mosquito trap

    I bought this personal care item and mosquito trap from this store not too long ago. The personal care item said that there were no returns allowed, but it didn't work like it was supposed to. I didn't want a replacement, I wanted my money back because I thought another one would have the same problem. On top of that, the mosquito trap I got said it attracted mosquitoes with CO, but after three days of using it, all it brought in were little moths - not a single mosquito in sight. The products are total phonies, and the good reviews online look fake. This whole thing left me feeling let down, and I definitely won't be shopping here again.

    Smart Home Security System

    I bought a Smart Home Security System not long ago and had a little problem with the shipping address. I called customer service right away to fix it, but it wasn't very helpful. I was on hold for hours, asked for a call back, and sent multiple emails before finally talking to someone the next day. They told me the product was already on its way and there was nothing they could do. The customer service let me down and now I'm not sure I want to buy from them again.

    I bought a towel warmer from this store and it was such a disappointment. I had to replace it three times because it kept malfunctioning. After the third replacement, I asked for a refund but the company said no. It's frustrating that they won't take responsibility for selling me a faulty product.

    I had a bad experience with this company recently. I accidentally bought something and right away tried to cancel the order. But they wouldn't let me cancel it. Instead, they offered me a gift card for less than what I paid. I wasn't happy at all with their customer service.

    Expensive, cheaply made gift

    I got this really fancy gift that turned out to be total garbage. The quality was awful and it didn't even fit properly. I never even got to use it because it was so poorly made. When I tried to return it, they refused to give me a refund - all I got was a stupid gift certificate. What a waste of $100! Merry Christmas to me, right?

    Attempted cancellation and return

    I had a really frustrating experience with a recent purchase that I tried to cancel and send back. I tried to fix the problem quickly, but I didn't get good communication and there were delays. I ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card because it was so hard to send the item back. This whole situation has made me feel pretty bad as a customer.
