Mixed feelings about Shiekh shoe store
I recently purchased some shoes from SHIEKH and overall, my experience was just okay. The website was easy to navigate and I found the shoes I was looking for quickly. The prices were reasonable and the checkout process was smooth.
However, when it came to the delivery of my order, things were not as great. It took longer than expected for the shoes to arrive and the tracking information was not accurate. I had to contact customer service to get an update on my order, and while they were polite, it was frustrating to have to do that.
One thing I really appreciated about SHIEKH was the return policy. I ended up needing to exchange the shoes for a different size and the process was straightforward. I received my new pair within a week.
Overall, my experience with SHIEKH was just average. The website was easy to use and the prices were fair, but the delivery and tracking left something to be desired. The return process was smooth, though, which was a plus.Jeans and shoes
After seeing some not-so-great reviews, I took a chance on this store and I'm really happy I did. My shopping experience was awesome. I gave their customer service line a ring and got a response within a day. I asked about my order and got a speedy update. My package came right on time and the jeans and shoes I got were top-notch. All in all, I'd definitely shop here again.
Small size shoes, quick delivery
I was kinda nervous about buying from this site, but I really needed some shoes in my size. I took a chance and ordered two pairs. I was pleasantly surprised when the shoes showed up in just a week, and they fit perfectly and looked just like the picture online. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering from here again soon.
Two pairs of heels
I loved how fast the shipping was! I finally got around to ordering those two pairs of heels I've been eyeing for months, and they got here so quickly. This site is my go-to for getting shoes because they always ship super fast.
Defective Nike shoes
I got some shoes from this store and they turned out to be defective. The soles started peeling off after just a few times wearing them. I sent them back right away with pictures showing the problem, but it's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back. The customer service folks even tried telling me there would be a restocking fee because I didn't have the original box, which seems pretty crazy considering how messed up the shoes were. I later found out from other people's reviews that this store actually sells used shoes, which is pretty disappointing and kind of sketchy. I've been going back and forth with them through email, but they still haven't fixed the issue.
Jordan 11 Gratitude
So, I got these shoes since I struck out on SNKRS and needed to grab a Christmas gift. I've actually shopped with them before and man, it was a mess. I snagged 5 sale items, but they only had one in stock, the others were sold out, yet they still took my money. I had to wait ages for a refund. And to top it off, the shipping for the Jordan 11 Gratitude was $25 and they said it would take 10 days to arrive. What a rip-off!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this company recently, and man, let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I waited four days, and then I realized I hadn't even gotten a confirmation or shipping info for my order, even though they already charged my credit card! I tried emailing them, but got no response. So frustrated, I ended up calling customer service to ask about my order. They said one of the shoes I wanted was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back. They promised to look into it and let me know by the end of the day. But guess what? Two days passed and I still hadn't heard a word from them. This whole lack of communication and broken promises really got under my skin, and I'm done with them for good. Never ordering from them again, that's for sure.
Heels purchase
I recently ordered a pair of really cute heels online. At checkout, it said shipping was free, but then I got an email saying they actually charged me $9 for shipping! So I called customer service and had to explain the whole thing. They ended up giving me the free shipping, but man, that was not cool at all!
Unisex shoes exchange
I gotta say, your service was pretty fast, which I appreciate. But I gotta be honest, I was kinda let down by the confusing ordering process. I didn't realize the shoes were unisex until later on, and the color was way too girly for my taste. When I had to swap for a different size, they charged me almost 8 bucks extra, plus another 15 for return shipping since they didn't include a prepaid return label. By the time everything was said and done, I ended up shelling out way more than I planned, and the shoes didn't even arrive in time for when I needed them. Needless to say, this whole ordeal has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm definitely not gonna be shopping with y'all again.
Shoes, worn, dirty, box damaged
I just bought a pair of shoes from this store that were supposed to be new, but when they arrived, it was obvious that they were previously worn. The bottoms were all dirty and the box was all beat up, and it was such a letdown. I definitely won't be shopping at this store again.
Recent shoe purchase
The shoes I got from this company were a major letdown. They were all dirty on the bottom and some pieces were even missing from the top. How'd they not catch that before sending them out? The quality was definitely not up to par - probably cheaply made in China and then marked up way too high. I'd recommend everyone else to steer clear and spend their money at better stores instead.
Shoes not shipped for a month
My shoes still haven't shown up after waiting a whole month! Can you even believe how bad this online store's service is? I tried calling and emailing, but no one even bothered to respond. It's like the employees there are just plain lazy!
11s order cancelled
I bought a pair of size 11s from this site since they were the only ones that had them in stock. Kids Footlocker ended up canceling my order, that's why I ended up going with this site. It's been days now since I made my order and I still haven't heard anything. Kids Footlocker was offering fast delivery with no shipping fee, so I don't understand why this site can't do the same.
Shoes purchase
I bought a pair of shoes online but had to wait a long time for them to come. The website said they'd ship from LA the next day, but it actually took 17 whole days to get to me. It was pretty annoying and disappointing, especially since I got them on sale as a gift. I think SHIEKH needs to do better at getting their sale items out the door quicker so customers can get them faster.
