Shipt services feedback
I love using Shipt for my grocery deliveries because it's super convenient. The Shipt shopper did an awesome job picking out top-notch items and keeping me updated every step of the way. But, I think they could do better when it comes to reporting issues. They should handle problems in a fair way that doesn't make the customer or shopper look bad. It would be nice if they offered training and ways to improve instead of just punishing people. Customers shouldn't have to pay for things that aren't their fault. I really like the online shopping features and being able to text the shopper is super helpful too.

Great bit not innovative idea Even online shoppers like Amazon Ajio and many sellers doing same Woking as a contactor between shoppers and customers I respect this wonderful shopping tactic ,this way those shoppers who are not running good despite of quality materials ,van in roll where ready customers available
I am also a tea and coffee seller and in roll here since three years I got my money on time there may some exception due to returns and refunds adjustment amounts which effect accounting
Else this is right place if any seller wish to reach millions of customers can join themGrocery delivery
The service I got was amazing! I've been using it for a while now, and let me tell you, it's been a game changer. Having my groceries delivered right to my door has saved me tons of time and hassle. The person who takes care of my orders always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. They even reach out to me if something's out of stock or needs to be swapped. I really value the work they put in to make my experience smooth. I can't thank them enough for making my life easier in these tough times.
Grocery shopping experience
As someone who's been using the grocery shopping service for a while now, I just gotta say - tipping your shopper is crucial for a good experience. Sure, it's super convenient to have someone else do the shopping for you, but if you don't tip them well, you're probably gonna get not-so-great service. Keep in mind these folks are taking the time to get your groceries no matter what the weather's like, so they definitely deserve to be paid fairly for their hard work.
Must-have service during COVID
Wow, I absolutely love this service! It's so reliable, and the best part is I always get the same shoppers who are super awesome. Just remember to tip generously and be kind, and you're guaranteed to have a fantastic experience. This service has truly saved my family so many times!
Tracking Difficulties
Trying to track my order was a total nightmare! It felt like searching for a needle in a haystack! I couldn't even get a hold of the driver, and customer service was no help at all. It was so stressful!
Switched from Instacart to Shipt
After sticking with a different company for a while, I ran into a real issue with their online customer service. The folks bringing me my stuff were usually cool, but their whole setup, site, and customer support were a disaster. So, I tried out Shipt a few months back and have been super happy with it. Ordering online is a breeze. I'm sticking with Shipt and never going back to the old service.
Awesome stuff
Shipt is amazing! Their customer service is top-notch and their prices are unbeatable. Uber doesn't even come close with their high prices and subpar service. Shipt always comes through with a helping hand and they are super efficient!
Recent delivery experience
The service just hasn't been the same lately. It used to be super quick, but now it's taking forever to get my stuff. I've talked to some of the workers, and they mentioned they feel like they're not getting paid enough. Makes me wonder if that's why they're moving slower. Compared to other services like DoorDash, I think they need to step it up with better perks for both the workers and us customers to keep up in the market.
