Excellent products
Great ,very good products under one roof For both me and my better half can shop together This is a right marketing strategy ,must consider both gender
Currently I am using moisturizers since few months and positive effects kept me continue here So this what about the quality and trust
Later added some shaving products ,though store is not complete with all needs of shaving products but as I trust them so picked one two along with her purchase All fine
But most effective is Skin care products but didn't shop so far but can see effective result of her. Not so high cost neither cheaper ,just affordableUnresponsive Brand Issue
Shiseido's customer service team in the UK really came through for me when I had an issue with a purchase from one of their brands. I ordered some stuff, but it never showed up even though the tracking info said it did. I tried to reach out to the brand, but they were ghosting me. Luckily, Shiseido stepped up, realized the situation could hurt their reputation, and fixed everything right away. They were on top of it, showing they care about making customers happy and owning up to what their brands do.
Pureness discontinued, acne-prone skin, disappointed
Oh my gosh, I don't get why they would discontinue the Pureness line! It was seriously the best for my skin when it breaks out. I've tested out some other products from them, but they either give me pimples because of those PEG ingredients I'm allergic to, or they just don't work as well as Pureness did. And on top of that, they're way overpriced for what they are. It's such a bummer that they got rid of something that actually worked for so many of us.
Shiseido pure retinol instant treatment eye mask
I recently tried out the Shiseido pure retinol instant treatment eye mask as a sample. It was good for a few times, you just pop it on for 15 minutes. It didn't bother my eyes at all and left my skin feeling really smooth. The formula is super lightweight and feels great on the skin. I'm 41 and it was my first time trying an under-eye mask, so I can't really say if it made a noticeable difference yet. I'll have to give it a bit more time to really see.
Amazing products but customer service is bad
I really love using their products, they make my skin look amazing! But, oh my goodness, their customer service is absolutely terrible. I tried to reach out to them and didn't hear anything back. Like, what's the point of having customer service if they're not going to respond? So frustrating.
Many Shiseido products
I've used a bunch of stuff from this brand and while not everything lived up to the hype, I still liked it. I've tried their ultimune serum, eye night cream, toners, cleansers, face creams, SPF, and lotions. I've tested out a whole bunch of their products. The smell and the fancy feel of each one is what really gets me.
Sun protector face cream with SPF 30
Man, let me tell you, this face cream with SPF 30 is a total game-changer! It's not just good at protecting you from the sun; it also stands up to water and sweat like a champ. Plus, it leaves my skin feeling all hydrated and silky, and gives me that perfect bronzed glow. Seriously, everyone who loves their skin and the sun needs to have this product in their arsenal.
Moisturizer and serum
Man, I had high hopes for the stuff I ordered, especially considering how much I shelled out for it. But when I finally got my hands on it, I was pretty underwhelmed. I've tried other brands like Kiehls before, and let me tell you, they blow this stuff out of the water in terms of quality and results. I'm super bummed about my purchase and don't see myself coming back to buy from here again.
Bad products and awful customer service
These products are terrible, I wouldn't waste my time buying anything from this company. They really messed up the Serge Lutens brand and you hardly see them on many websites. People are better off buying something else.
Overnight wrinkle-resisting cream
I was looking for a night cream and stumbled upon the Shiseido Overnight wrinkle-resisting cream. But Shiseido is always messing with their products, discontinuing the good ones. Someone suggested I try this cream, but it was a bad idea. It's hard to spread, doesn't moisturize the skin, and feels like putting on chalk. I wouldn't recommend buying it.
Sunscreen and serum
My experience with the products I bought was pretty disappointing. The sunscreen made my skin super greasy, which wasn't the look I was going for. Plus, the serum didn't do much for my skin - it even seemed to make my face irritated. Even with these problems, I still wanted to give an honest review, so I didn't mention the irritation from the serum. But my review got rejected, and when I tried to find out why, I never got an answer. I was surprised by this lack of professionalism, especially considering how expensive the products are.
skincare products
I just bought some skincare products from this company's website, but they ended up canceling my order three times because they said they didn't have enough in stock. It seemed weird to me that a company selling stuff online wouldn't know what they had available. It was frustrating to keep trying to buy things that were supposed to be in stock, only to have them back out every time.
Eyelash curler broke and injured my eye
The eyelash curler I bought was so bad! I got it a while ago and the other day, when I was using it, it broke and a piece snapped into my eye. Ouch! I contacted the company for help, and they said the warranty had ended like it was no big deal. Not cool at all. They even told me to get a medical check-up, like really? I never said I was dying, just that it hurt. And they didn't even offer to replace it. Ugh, such a disappointment.
Online order, delayed shipment, unresponsive customer service
I just bought something online from this company, but man, it has not been a good experience. The thing I wanted is on backorder and even though I've been waiting forever, it still hasn't shipped. I emailed customer service twice for an update, but they straight up ignored my first email. It took four days and another email for them to finally get back to me. And even then, the info they gave was so vague and not helpful at all. I still have no clue when my order will actually come. Seriously, this lack of communication is driving me crazy. It's just not cool.
Orders with promotion code
I recently bought some stuff and used their promo code, thinking I'd get those free gifts they promised. But nope, when my order came, no freebies in sight. It seemed like a total scam on their website. I tried talking to their chatbots about it but got nowhere. So, I called customer service and this lady just brushed me off, saying they don't send free gifts separately. When I asked to speak to her boss, nothing happened. My whole experience with this company was a huge letdown, and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
Black Friday order
I was so pumped to get my Black Friday order but then it got stuck in their system. It seriously took forever for customer service to get back to me, like days to a whole week! And when I finally called, you won't believe it - their system was supposedly "down" that day so they couldn't help me right then and there. Can you believe it? After all that drama, they went ahead and canceled my order. Ugh, so frustrating!
