    Wide variety of shoes

    I was so surprised by how many shoes they had on their website, it was awesome! They had shoes for men, women, and kids, everything from casual to fancy. With all those styles and brands, it was super easy for me to find just what I wanted. The search filters really helped me narrow down my options, and the product descriptions were so detailed, I knew exactly what I was getting before I bought anything. It was a really great shopping experience overall!

    I just bought some new sneakers from this store and it was a pretty good experience. Ordering was easy and I found exactly what I wanted. The staff was nice and really knew their stuff about the different shoes they had. The prices were fair for the quality of the sneakers I got, so I feel like I got a good deal.     Size 12 Women's Shoes

    I ordered these women's shoes in a size 12 right before the company merged with DSW. I thought I could just return them like usual, but they surprised me with a new return policy. It was a hassle trying to get ahold of customer service, and when I finally did, they said I had to foot the bill for return shipping. That cost me more than what I paid for the shoes! This company is definitely not treating their customers right.

    Shoes too small

    I just bought a pair of shoes from this store and they ended up being too small. Went ahead and followed their return policy, paid for the return shipping, and asked for a refund. But hey, after trying to get in touch with their customer service team through email a bunch of times, I haven't heard a peep back. I'm bummed to shell out cash for shoes that don't fit and then not even get a response about the return process. Really not happy with how this company is handling things. Just a heads up for anyone else looking to shop there, my experience makes me think they might not be on the up and up.

    My experience with Shoes and their return process was really frustrating and disappointing. When I first tried to get in touch with them, I was put on hold for a crazy 72 minutes. Then, when I emailed them on my second try, they didn't even bother to respond. It took three more tries before I finally got a reply, only to be told that my order number was wrong, even though I knew it wasn't. After four days of this nonsense, I finally got a UPS return label, but it was printed on a whole sheet of paper, which showed me they weren't paying attention to details. On top of all that, Shoes.com charged me an $8.95 return fee, which just made things even more annoying. Now I have to keep an eye on my credit card statement to make sure I actually get my refund, expecting more problems along the way. Overall, dealing with Shoes.com's return process was a real pain, and I won't be buying from them again.

    Pink sandals, plastic, poor quality

    I bought these pink sandals thinking they'd be super cute suede, but they turned out to be some cheap plastic shoes that look like they'll fall apart after one wear. I'm really bummed because they were nothing like what was advertised. I should've read more reviews before splurging on them, but the ones on the website were positive and I didn't catch the negative ones on Trustpilot. Now I'm stressing about not being able to return them and getting my money back.

    Bought shoes with a coupon

    I was so excited about these really cool shoes that I ordered because they sent me a coupon. But can you believe it? They ended up canceling my order without even letting me know! I had to find out on my own when I checked to see when my shoes were arriving. So, I reached out to them on Facebook, and let me tell you, it was a disaster! They don't even have a customer service phone number. After going back and forth for days, they told me there was a mistake with the coupon and wouldn't honor the discount. All they basically said was, "Have a great week!" Ugh, I've never experienced such terrible customer service before. I highly recommend not shopping here.

    Two pairs of sandals.

    I recently bought two pairs of sandals from this store and it was not a good experience. When I ordered, the website said the sandals were available, but after waiting two weeks, I got an email saying they couldn't send them. I wish they had told me sooner. At least they gave me my money back quickly. Their customer service is not great - they don't answer the phone, only emails, which is annoying if you need help fast. I won't shop here again after this disappointing experience.

    Shoes that do not fit

    I've had good experiences with this website before, but this time when I bought shoes that don't fit, I was really disappointed. They didn't include a shipping label for returns, so now I have to pay extra and take them to a shipping store myself. And I didn't know there would be a restocking fee, like others had mentioned in their reviews. Because of all these problems, I won't be shopping on this site again.

    Slippers Purchase

    This shoe website has really gone downhill since it got bought out. I tried to buy a pair of slippers at 30% off, but the discount code just wouldn't cooperate. They didn't make it clear which items were excluded from the discount, so that was pretty annoying. This isn't the first time this has happened, so now I'm on the lookout for a better shoe website. And when I made a complaint, they just took me off their email list instead of actually fixing the problem. What a joke. Service is a complete dumpster fire.
