Bought a cool item
I got this really awesome thing that I've been wanting and it was amazing! I placed my order in the afternoon and it was ready to ship super quickly. There was a little problem with selecting my size, but the customer service team took care of it right away and got it sorted out for me. Without that bump in the road, I'm sure it would have shipped even faster. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!
Tote and espadrilles
I just bought a tote bag and espadrilles from this store and I have to say, I am thrilled with my purchase. The Louboutin Cabata tote and Chanel mesh espadrilles are top quality and I just adore them. Plus, I got them at a great price! The shipping was crazy fast and the customer service was incredible. Alan always sends me a thank you email after I buy something, which really shows they care about their customers.
Dior t-shirt purchase
I recently bought a Dior t-shirt online but never got it. When I asked customer service about it, they said the post office delivered it to my mailbox. I live in a building with lots of units and a doorman, so it didn't make sense for the package to be in the mailbox. I tried to sort things out with customer service, but they didn't give me any helpful answers. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My whole experience with this store was a letdown, and I won't be buying from them again.
Luxury booties
I recently bought some fancy boots from 375, but it was a total disaster. It came on time, but when I opened the box, the shoes were not up to par. There were different things in the box, a shoe was messed up, and the zipper was wrong - it was a nightmare for someone who loves luxury stuff like me. I reached out to customer service, and they said the shoes might not be real and told me to bring them back. I followed their instructions, but I haven't heard anything about my return yet. This whole thing has me wondering if 375 really sells authentic products.
Designer item purchase for birthday
I just bought this really cute designer outfit for my birthday, was super pumped to get it! Paid extra for fast shipping and everything. But it's been way over a week now and still no sign of my package. I've tried getting in touch with customer service but no luck, no response at all. Really bummed out and annoyed about this whole situation.
Gucci bag purchase
My first time shopping at Shop375 was amazing. I got a good deal on a Gucci bag and was really impressed by how nice it was in person. It was a nice surprise to get a thoughtful thank you email from Alan, it made me feel appreciated as a customer. The bag was packaged well, so it arrived in perfect condition. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'll definitely tell my friends about Shop375 and come back for more shopping in the future.
Shoe purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes from this shop and I gotta say, I was really impressed with the whole thing. The shoes got shipped out fast and showed up looking all shiny and new. But there was a little problem with the size they sent me at first. I got in touch with customer service and they were super quick to help me out. They sent me a return label right away and got the right pair sent out to me, which got to me within a week. I was really happy with how the customer service team at this store handled everything.
Christian Louboutin boots
I just got my wife some boots from Shop375 and man, what an awesome experience! The customer service was amazing, they really helped me find the perfect pair for my wife and the prices were crazy good. The quality of the boots is top-notch, my wife is obsessed with them. Shop375 is now my favorite place to shop. Thanks for such a great experience!
Clothing
This store really needs to work on their communication. Even though the service was okay, the way they handle packaging and pricing is a big problem. I got some clothes and I liked the choices and how easy it was to order. But then things went downhill when I got my package without a receipt showing what I paid or what I got. It caused a big headache at customs because everything wasn't listed correctly. The fast delivery was nice, but it didn't make up for the hassle of not having the right paperwork. In the end, the service was okay but they really need to improve their communication and take responsibility for their mistakes.
